I have made close to a dozen orders from book outlet. Every time they arrive within the expected time frame, the packaging is very good, and everything is ordered is in beautiful shape.

You get what you pay for…
I have ordered books multiple times from Book Outlet. I like the selections and usually buy during the fiction sale- now $5.99/ book including hardcovers. The books are in good shape with maybe an ink dot on the exterior pages. Packaging is not great- box is always banged up. No packing to hold books in place so they are tossed around and sometimes show wear from shipping. Out of 4 orders It’s only been right once. 2-3 books have been omitted on 2 orders. Now, I just received an order that wasn’t mine. Not one book that I ordered-UGH! So frustrating. So you have to be ready to troubleshoot. Guess this inefficiency is the trade off for the discount prices. Meh.

Bedrövligt företag! INGET, absolut inget fungerade. Oklara leveranstider. Anger 1 - 3 dagar, vilket visar sig vara först efter att det fått hem varan - packat upp den och sedan packat den till mig. Så böckerna som var födelsedagspresenter kom nästan en vecka för sent. Konstiga leveransbekräftelser. Snorkiga automatsvar på mejlen. Skickar faktura i stället för kredit (på frakten)......

Horrible packaging, all damaged.
Bought 3 omnibuses in 2 seperate purchases from BookOutlet via Walmart. From NY to PA I received them in 2 weeks. One Omni came just in bubble envelope. 2 others came in a box without any bubble wrap or security. Box was ripped into pieces and was re-taped. All 3 damaged badly. I think they sent me damaged product and tried to cover it by boxing it poorly so it gets damaged badly on the way again. Horrible shipping service. UPDATE: Contacted support and provided photos. They sent replacement for 2. Box came in wrapped in plastic and looking fancy which excited me. I opened it and surprise surprise there was nothing in the box except books. I was shocked to find out that they don't use bubble wrap. Books were once again damaged from being loose and moving too much in the box. Very dissapointed. I will try instocktrades and organicpricedbooks shipping process.

Not sure what’s going on?? I spent 170$ on books from here and shipping took forever for a week it went back and forth from different places in florida until a few days ago said it couldn’t be delivered. Have called “customer service number” the first time said they couldn’t take calls because their employees were in training ? Second time I was “next In que line” but still said sorry they couldn’t get to me try again later and hung up on me. If I was next in line why couldn’t I just wait?? I have send a request for help on email still haven’t heard back. This is very disappointing.

Slow shipping, worth it.
Shipping was a little slower than I expected, but the books arrived in new condition and I couldn’t be happier. I was initially skeptical given the prices on the books - 5 new paperbacks, a hardback, and a trade for barely $35? Bookoutlet delivered though, super happy customer.

Cheap with some flaws
For the most part, cheap prices of new books is great. The dots and lines can be a bit annoying especially when the books are bought as gifts, but not all of them even have the dots or lines, and I am aware that many places do that to indicate a flawed book. Their packaging could be improved. No bubble packaging and rarely, if ever, even packing paper inside. On more than one occasion, I've had a book inside another book damaging at least one of them from not having proper packing material. Book Outlet is generally good at reimbursing, although if they disagree with an attached image having an issue, they don't acknowledge it. I mentioned a specific item at least 3 times before it got acknowledged because it "didn't look" very damaged in the picture. Overall, I do like the website, but be warned that the new books may not always look new.

Freaking hell I am so impressed! I ordered some Peter Murphy vinyls and a hardback book to South Africa, and Cadiz were so very helpful & kind arranging a courier to ensure everything arrived. For customers in Germany are purchases in the UK on back of customs after Brexit a pain. Especially an experienced company like you know how to handle this mess to avoid to be a national only player. The competiton has found ways to solve this problem... If you want to sell items outside UK, I definitively believe your artists are looking for an international approach, then you must find ways to sell your products outside UK competitively.

Jeg havde desværre en meget dårlig oplevelse med kundeservice fra butikschefen. Jeg forsøgte at returnere en bog, som jeg havde fået i julegave, indenfor tidsfristen og med en gyldig kvittering. Bogen har ikke været åbnet eller brugt, men butikschefen, der håndterede min returnering, var ikke imødekommende eller hjælpsom. Jeg fik ikke den service, man burde forvente som kunde, når man følger butikkens regler og retter sig efter deres returneringspolitik. Jeg blev mødt med en ufleksibel og ligeglad attitude, og det gjorde mig virkelig skuffet. Jeg forventede, at en butikschef ville være mere forstående og professionel i en sådan situation. Jeg vil stærkt overveje, om jeg handler her igen i fremtiden, og jeg håber, at butikken tager feedbacken til sig for at forbedre kundeservicen. Hvis jeg kunne vælge, ville jeg ingen stjerner give.

d. 7. feb var jeg i forretningen, hvor jeg har handlet i mange, mange år, spurgte om en bog der lige er udgivet, blev henvist til 1. sal, op på første sal var der en ældre dame som viste mig hvor bogen var, sagde stolt til hende at forfatteren var mit barnebarn og derfor ville jeg spørge om de solgte mange eksemplarer af bogen, hun vendte om uhøfligt og sagde blot "det ved jeg ikke" og gik væk. meget dårligt.

Langsom, distræt og fjern kundeservice. Måtte flere gange spørge om jeg kunne få lov til at betale for mine varer, fordi ekspeienten blev ved med at stå og snakke med en kollega. Kommer hjem og så har hun f*ndme heller ikke kommet alle mine varer i posen!!!! Betalte 969 for julegaver, og så ligger der fortsat to i butikken. Vågn op. Har forsøgt at ringe, men I tager ikke telefonen på noget tidspunkt.

Butikken i Købmagergade nægter at sælge et spil til den mærkede pris 120 kr, da den går ind til en højere pris i kassen 200 kr, men oplyser at den er fejlmærket. Der stod en hel stabel med samme pris, og selvom jeg og andre kunder gør opmærksom på markedsføring loven så nægter ekspedienten at sælge til den mærkede pris, da hendes chef ikke er på arbejde.

Den ringeste behandling til dato. Fandt et spil på (exit game) til 120 kr hvilket jeg syntes var en god pris (normalt ca 150-200) der lå en hel stak med de samme spil til 120,-. Kommer over til skranken og spillet går ind til 200. Jeg det må være en fejl i jeres system (der ligger jo en hel stak med spillene til 120) men ak nej. Hun nægter at sælge til den pris det står på æsken. Jeg henleder opmærksomheden på markedsføringsloven men den kender hun ikke. Jeg må derfor forlade butikker uden spillet.

Der er ikke dansk brugsanvisning og alle dele man selv skal trykke ud er i en elendig kvalitet og går i stykker selvom man er meget omhyggelig når man trykker dem ud. Der skal læses meget inden man kommer i gang og når det så er på engelsk bliver det ikke bedre.

Har et tilgodebevis fra 10. januar til den nu lukkede butik i Odense. Ved henvendelse til butikken i Købmagergade var beskeden, at det ikke kunne anvendes mere pga nyt CVR nr - nej hvor smart gjort! I vil gerne “flæske” på navnet men ikke pr kulance indfri et tilgodebevis fra jeres egen kæde - det er virkelig dårlig stil og giver da ikke flere kunder i butikken.

Købmagergade efter genåbning: Kedelig facon hos den yngre og meget modebevidste ekspedient. Blev stram i masken og småfornæmet over egen fejl og varens pris. Dårlig kundeoplevelse, jeg ærgrer mig over at jeg handlede der, det har hun ikke fortjent. Jeg kommer ikke derind igen. Uh, jeg har handlet mange gange i mange år hos Arnold Busck, men jeg har ikke været der i nogle år - men, da jeg nu skulle bruge noget specielt, som jeg ikke har kunnet finde andre steder, tænkte jeg "Arnold Busck må være stedet" og tog derind. Jeg havde gået rundt og kigget på varer et stykke tid uden at ekspedienten tilbød sin hjælp, det gjorde mig ikke noget. Men da, der så kom en yngre kunde, blev denne straks kontaktet og de havde en meget fin pingpong sammen og en munter ekspedition. Så da de var færdige med ekspeditionen, spurgte jeg om ekspedienten evt. kunne rådgive mig. Det kunne hun godt. Hendes kommunikationsstil var let aggressiv, irritabel og nedladende i fht mine ønsker. Det er fint, at hun ikke forstår de behov, jeg forsøgte at udtrykke men et lille kursus, i hvordan man afklarer kundens behov, kan ikke skade. Jeg gav desuden udtryk for, at det var svært at afklare, om en given vare var noget jeg gerne ville have, da de var pakket ind i plastik. Hun sagde "der er da åbne varer derovre" og gik derhen "nårrh det er der ikke, men jeg kan da åbne én, for vi skal jo have prøver stående". Jeg besluttede mig for to eksemplarer i hver sin farve, det var ikke præcist den, hun havde åbnet, det blev hun irriteret over. Det var altså ikke mig, der havde insisteret på, at hun skulle åbne varen. Jeg spurgte til, om det var farven, der gjorde at der var en prisforskel. "Nej denne må være en fejl". De to varer, jeg valgte, havde hver sin pris, og jeg sagde, at jeg regnede med at jeg fik den til den pris der var på. Det kunne hun ikke gøre, hvortil jeg svarede, at i følge lovgivningen, skal hun sælge varen til den pris, der er stemplet på den. Det gjorde hende endnu mere stram i sit ellers unge betræk. "Men du kan altså ikke få dem begge til den pris" - hvortil jeg svarede at det havde jeg heller ikke sagt. Jeg fik mine varer til den pris, der stod på - men jeg følte mig mødt med afsky, irritation og utålmodighed. Ærgerligt, med sådan en velrenommeret sted.

(ENGLISH RANT BELOW) Jeg har bestilt en ordre for næsten 3 uger siden som morsdagsgave, og har samme dag modtaget bekræftelse (som siger 3-6 dage levering). Intet hørt eller set fra min bestilling siden da. Har skrevet mails, uden at de svarer. Har ringet, uden at de tager den. Er min ordre på vej? Ingen ved. De har ikke taget pengene endnu, men er min reservation stadig gældende? Måske verdens dårligste kunderservice = en kundeservice, som foregiver sig at være der for kunderne, men ikke vender tilbage. Ingen stjerner herfra, køber fremover udelukkende på Amazon og Saxo! Opdatering: Butikken gik konkurs, men genåbnede dagen før jeg bestilte, så det er ikke en undskyldning for ikke at vende tilbage på mail eller tlf. Enten luk jeres webshop, eller opfør jer som en webshop og send varen! ENGLISH: Don't expect any customer service from Arnold Busck webshop. They won't reply, they won't send your item in time, they won't update you on your order, nor cancel the order or do ANYTHING else than send an automatic mail, so I recommend going to Amazon or Saxo when buying books. UPDATE: Store went bankrupt, but reopened the day before I ordered - so no excuse for not getting back to me. Either close your webshop, or act like one.

Ik had via bol.com een dvd besteld, wat van de specialcdshop af kwam. Er had zich een probleem voorgedaan, waarna ik contact op had genomen via een contactformulier. Ik had een hele snelle reactie van Peter en hij had alle begrip voor de situatie. Aan de telefoon was hij erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zou meteen op zoek gaan naar een oplossing, die hij binnen no time had gevonden. Hij hield me op de hoogte over de stand van zaken en de lijntjes bleven kort. Erg prettig om zaken met hem te doen. Ik zou zeker vaker iets bestellen bij hem en zou hem zeker aanbevelen!

Jeg bestilte et billigt speakon-kabel, der var annonceret med 3-8 dages leveringstid. Det blev sendt på 8. dag, og jeg modtog det dagen efter. Portrait size photo turned into square.
My photo was portrait size, so I asked Canvas Factory to add something at the sides to fill the square for my photo cushion. It looks amazing. I'm so very happy with the photoshop job they did. I would never have been able to do that myself. A very professional job. It looks even better than I thought it would.

Første gang jeg brugte Pixelprint
Det er første gang jeg har bestilt billeder hos Pixelprint, da jeg ikke kunne få de formater jeg skulle bruge hos min sædvanlige fotoservice. Og jeg er meget positivt overrasket. Deres online fotoprogram fungerer godt og det er let at redigere i. I modsætning til de populære store systemer som Bilka, Elgiganten mm., kan man her i samme arbejdsgang vælge alle formater af forstørrelser. Vejledningen er forbilledlig og upload fungerer smidigt og hurtigt. Kvaliteten af de modtagne billeder i blank standard kan der ikke at sætte en finger på og priserne er blandt markedets bedste. Dertil kommer kundeservice. Jeg afgav to bestillinger, som der i følge systemet skulle betales gebyr og porto for hver bestilling, men jeg fik kort tid efter afsendelse af ordrerne, mail om at de havde samlet de to i en forsendelse, så jeg fik refunderet beløbet uden selv at have bedt om det. Desuden modtog jeg pakken dagen efter, selv om ordren var afgivet tæt på lukketid fredag eftermiddag. Det er ikke sidste gang jeg benytter Pixelprint.

Egentlig super fint
Jeg har lige modtaget 74 billeder og ikke engang fået en kuvert til at opbevare billederne i? Sidst jeg modtog billeder fra pixelprint havde jeg bestilt mange færre billeder men modtog os en kuvert til at opbevare dem i. Jeg syntes det er lidt dårligt man modtager så mange billeder uden at have noget at opbevare dem i... Bortset for det så syntes jeg det er fedt man kan få så mange billeder i en nogenlunde kvalitet til den pris så udover jeg mangler nogle kuverter til mine billeder så er jeg super tilfreds 👍🏼 modtog billeder efter 6 dage 🙂

1dags lev. Print i fin kvalitet.
Lavede en bestilling på ca. 50 billeder i forskellige størrelser. Ordren var pakket og afsendt få timer senere, og havde dem dagen efter. Så håndtering og hastighed, var absolut top klasse. Valgte auto farvekorektion, som jeg var usikker på, men billederne blev helt fine i farverne, og billedkvaliteten er ekstrem fin til prisen. Eneste lille minus er at billederne er skåret til en smule mere ind end jeg valgte på siden. (Vi snakker måske 1-2 mm, så i langt de fleste tilfælde vil det ikke betyde noget, men nævner det, så andre blot er opmærksomme på det. Synes ikke det værd at fjerne en stjerne, da Pixelprint i mit tilfælde var 140kr billigere for den samme ordre, end blandt andet Pixum samt flere andre jeg startede med at lave ordren hos.

Fantastisk kundeservice og hurtig levering. Har nu brugt pixelprint flere gange og er meget tilfreds. Lidt uklare farver på billederne, men pixelprint hjalp meget hurtigt med hvorfor billeder så ud som de gjorde og jeg kunne hurtigt lave en ny ordre . Jeg fik refunderet med nye billeder i et andet farverum så kvaliteten blev bedre. Stor stor anbefalling herfra!

Wish I could leave zero stars.
This company is a disgrace. I paid for an Energy Performance Certificate survey in July 2022. Then in January this year Mr Bradley Beazley, owner, unbelievably made a claim against me in the County Court. I had no knowledge of his claim as nothing was sent by post. I have ended up having no choice but to pay £204 even though I owed nothing. Absolutely immoral and extortionate business. Mr Beazley. You are a liar. My cheque DID NOT BOUNCE. I have reported you to Trading Standards and also Action Fraud. You are a disgraceful person. This matter is most certainly not closed.

Leveringstid ikke overholdt
Desværre har der været problemer med levering i min ordre. Bestilte i en weekend og fik at vide hvis man bestilte før tirsdag kl 23:59 så garanterer de at man kan afhente produktet senest fredag samme uge. Den blev så ikke leveret til Hifi-klubben den fredag. Jeg kan forstå at der kan forekomme forsinkelser i levering osv, men i og med jeg bestilte lang tid før tirsdag og det med afhentning var en stor del af det de har lovet, føler jeg mig ikke tilfreds med mit køb her.

Jeg har bestilt fra dem fem gange men kun modtaget én ordre (et halvt år efter).
Jeg har bestilt fra dem fire gange tidligere og modtaget plader én gang. Hver gang har de efter en uges tid skrevet at der er udfordringer med at få ordren hjem og jeg hører nærmere. Efter et halvt år giver de enten op eller sender nogle plader jeg i mellemtiden havde opstøvet andre steder og sendte dem derfor retur. For at det ikke skulle være løgn sendte de mig ikke hele beløbet retur efter handlen men jeg orkede ikke at kæmpe med deres ekstremt sløve kundeservice. Spild af tid og penge. Før jul fik de chancen igen (naive mig), og historien gentager sig blot. Tre dage efter bestilling får jeg en mail om at de har problemer med at skaffe min ordre, men de regner med at få den hjem “omkring 18-20 januar”. Nu er det så februar og der følger ingen opdatering eller noget som helst. Spild. Af. Tid.

Ikke styr på Gaffashop lager og leveringstider
Jeg har desværre haft en meget skuffende oplevelse med Gaffashop, især hvad angår leveringstider og håndtering af min ordre. Den 14. december 2024 bestilte jeg to plader med forventningen om at kunne give dem som julegaver. Jeg modtog dog kun en ordrebekræftelse og måtte selv kontakte kundeservice den 24. december for en statusopdatering, da jeg intet havde hørt. Først herefter fik jeg at vide, at den ene plade var i restordre, hvilket gjorde, at hele ordren blev forsinket. Kommunikationen fra kundeservice var i bedste fald forvirrende og inkonsistent. På et tidspunkt blev jeg informeret om, at det var en anden plade, der manglede, hvilket indikerer manglende overblik over min ordre. Selv efter gentagne henvendelser, hvor jeg bad om en løsning, blev det tydeligt, at Gaffashop ikke formåede at håndtere sagen tilfredsstillende. Til sidst besluttede jeg at annullere ordren, da der ikke var nogen klarhed over, hvornår jeg kunne forvente at modtage varerne. Det er frustrerende at opleve så lange leveringstider og manglende proaktiv kommunikation, især når man som kunde selv skal rykke for svar. Jeg havde valgt Gaffashop i forventning om en pålidelig service og ikke mindst kort leveringstid, men min oplevelse har desværre været alt andet end det. Jeg vil tænke mig godt om, før jeg bestiller hos dem igen, og vil råde andre til at gøre det samme, hvis leveringstider og god kommunikation er vigtige for dem. Samlet vurdering: 2/5 Henset til at man ikke kan svare på Gaffas svar andet end at redigere opslaget kommer mit svar her. Jeg bestilte netop pladerne ved Gaffashop, da de var på lager og herudover har jeg skrevet til 24/12 og d. d. 11/1 for at få en opdatering på status, hvilket i har udeladt i jeres svar. Bottom line: Jeg er ikke imponeret over jeres ordrehåndtering og har oplevet en væsentlig bedre leveringstid og service ved andre danske LP webshops.

Just returned from an 11 day tour of turkey followed by 7 nights gulet cruise. We stayed in 9 hotels, had 12 transfers and many tours including a hot air balloon ride. Everything went perfectly and we had the holiday of a lifetime. even when i lost one of our flight tickets, they emailed to the hotel a replacement free of charge. i know for a fact other companies charge for this kind of thing. i recommend cappadoccia so much. it is like a disney film! The girl who booked this did advise perfectly that the sea would be very cool this time of year for the gulet and she was right but we had a lovely time as i dont swim. weather was perfect for us. great price, great service.

Like many others, it appears, NEVER AGAIN!
Our experience with SunNSea Holidays was similarly negative. Whilst Georgina Coakley was initially helpful in our online booking of a Gulet sailing, and our very specific requests, our booking form took until the last minute to reach us by email, and things all turned sour when we complained afterwards and were dealt with by Mike Coakley. We were booked to sail for a week from Marmaris to Fethiye and return, but arrived at the METS Sailing office in Marmaris, the local agents, to find that that had been changed at the last minute so that we were to depart from Bodrum and to sail in the local waters. It seemed a fait accompli and whilst still making the mental adjustment, we were whisked away and taken by car to Bodrum by METS, a journey of some two-plus hours, to board the "Scarlet II". A couple of days before that, Georgina had emailed to offer us an earlier sailing with an upgrade, but it didn't fit our travel plans so we declined. I am very glad that we made the rest of our five weeks' travel plans ourselves. We had also asked that we not be booked on a "party" boat, being grey nomads, and in fact the other passengers were a nice group of people. The problem lay in where the gulets were berthed in Bodrum Harbour (where we spent the first and last nights) right on the waterfront, within "booming" distance of bars, nightclubs and discos. We didn't get much sleep. We think that we should have at least been forewarned of that, given our specific request. Being sailors ourselves, we had also specifically asked whether we could be under sail and were told that that was up to the captain depending on the conditions. In our experience, there were ample opportunities to hoist the sails and cut the engine but in the whole week we had barely half an hour with the sails up, and that was only thanks to frequent requests from not only ourselves, but other passengers. Basically, it was just too much trouble for the crew. Whilst the trip itself was enjoyable, it was not what we had booked and paid for. When we raised it with Mike Coakley, although he 'looked into it,' he essentially absolved SunNSea of any responsibility because we should have rung their emergency number to discuss it - not that simple to think to do when being presented with what seemed a fait accompli amid a labyrinthine structure of agents, tour operators and crew - and although we were offered a reduction on any future booking, it was a hollow gesture as we live on the other side of the world and were unlikely to be back in that country again. Furthermore, would anyone in their right mind book again with a company with they have had a bad experience? I think not! All told, I would give them the thumbs down, and it would seem that going by this site and TripAdvisor's, we're far from alone. Good luck SunNSea. You won't be seeing us again!

“My husband and I usually book our holidays ourselves online but when we were booking a gulet cruise through SunnSea and they offered to arrange the whole of our trip to Turkey - flights, hotels, coaches, transfers etc - we were so busy working that we thought we’d take them up on the offer. We gave them very specific requirements and liaised with them right up until our departure. Unfortunately SunnnSea weren’t proactive and we spent many hours both in the run up and during our holiday checking details, chasing paperwork, phoning the SunnSea office and scouring the internet for solutions to many problems. This was incredibly stressful, detracted from what was intended to be a relaxing time and wasted many hours of our holiday. A lot of time was spent hanging around in WiFi zones or restricting our movements to areas which had good phone network coverage – not easy in remote Turkey. Every day we wondered what would go wrong. Flight timings were incorrect, one coach ticket was actually seven hours later than we had been told which meant hanging around awaiting departure and arriving too late in our destination to do anything we had planned. For two legs of the journey, the bus reservations didn’t exist at all. We discovered this whilst sorting the problem with the first bus booking. This unfortunately coincided with a four-day religious festival so alternatives were scarce. Eventually SunnSea found us a hire car but not until we’d already spent our only free morning on the internet and phone and then traipsing around the city with our luggage chasing hire cars. We saw nothing of the city attractions. If we hadn’t been able to maintain constant internet/telephone contact, I don’t know what would have happened. The third coach booking, a hotel booking and return flight were changed at very short notice and the alternative hotel was inferior to the one we had paid for. As regular independent travellers, we are fully aware that hiccups are part of the experience. However, we feel that almost all the problems we experienced could and should have been avoided if SunnSea had paid a little more attention to the details and been much more proactive so that we didn’t have to spend our holiday time chasing them. So many times we were promised emails or attachments but they didn’t materialise. Even upon our return, we had to chase them for responses to our phone calls, emails and complaint letter. Eventually a partial refund was forthcoming. The reason this is posted so long after our holiday is that it has taken this long to finalise a response and refund. We will never use SunnSea again and cannot recommend them.”

The worst experience ever .
We used sunNsea for a Turkish seven day gullet cruise and was a nightmare from the start the company sunNsea used where a joke ,told lies and misinformed us at every stage of what should have been an amazing holiday to remember but unfortunately all for the wrong reasons from having to take the trip one day later than the rest of the holiday makers to a poor young german girl having to stay on board the gullet by herself with three Turkish men I have never seen someone so upset and hopefully never will . A shambles from the start to finish and plenty of Turkish attitude of so what from the boat managers , boat owner and the managing director who I spoke to , needless to say I will never use this company again .

Easy booking and great communication
From the initial enquiry and excellent recommendation through to the end of the holiday everything was excellent. I contacted Georgina a few times with enquiries and communication was excellent throughout. We would use Sun n Sea again and will definitely be booking another Gulet cruise in the future.

Helpfulll even when abroad
I cannot thank this company enough for their help when my wife was very ill for 6 weeks in Turkey in hospital. They helped find a good hosiptal & helped with payment for extra stay for me as i would have had to sleep in hospital too otherwise. one of the managers was on holiday nearby at the same time and he made the effort to come to hospital to visit her. such kindly people at a scarry time of our lives. We are already booked and are going back next year to have the holiday that we couldn't have this time round. Sun and sea holidays are not always the cheapest option but worth every single penny extra for the help we got from them.

Opened a free trial - had to give my credit card details to do so. Once I had access to the books on their list I realised it wasn’t for me so I went online and cancelled the subscription and thought no more about it. The selection of books is, quite frankly, dreadful. Four months later and I realised that they have been fraudulently taking money from my credit card. I haven’t used their crappy service but they are insisting that I didn’t cancel and can’t have MY money back! Do yourself a favour. Give this bunch of clowns a miss. I wish I had.

WARNING allyoucanbooks is a Complete…
WARNING allyoucanbooks is a Complete Scam. The selection of books is worthless, you can download them for free off the internet from other search engines. Worse, once you sign up at allyoucanbooks.com there is no way to cancel online. You have to email allyoucanbooks to cancel and they do not confirm the cancellation with any reply email except a generic thank you for contacting customer service. They keep charging $19.99 a month until you notice months later the charges to your credit card and when you ask your credit card company to refund the charges allyoucanbooks claims you never cancelled. At first my card company refunded 3 months at $19.99. Then a few months later I saw another 3 charges at $19.99 on my card. My SearsCard provider said allyoucanbooks disputed the refund saying I had provided no proof of cancelling and reinstated the charges. By then my cancellation email was over 6 months old and deleted. MANY other people complained of the same scam by allyoucanbooks. I never used the service even once. I cancelled within 24 hours after realizing the site was worthless the first time I viewed it trying to use their worthless search engine. Over all allyoucanbooks.com nicked me for 6 months at $19.99 on my Sears Card. Searscard balked at correcting my account even after I had charged $37,651.43 on that card last year given I use that card for everything and it is auto-paid off every month. Well goodby SearsCard if you cannot protect me as a consumer from the fraudulent allyoucanbooks scam operation. I am not using that Searscard any longer and they can keep the $119.94 they allowed allyoucanbooks to steal. I'll take my business to Bank of America where they offered me free interest for 18 months and $200 bonus for charging a grand in the first 60 days. It seems Searscard is just as complicit in the scam as allyoucanbooks. No wonder SEARS has gone bankrupt, once a great American retailer, now nothing!

HOW THE SCAM WORKED Philip Foster, 49, who played Christian Wright in the Liverpool soap, ran fake modelling agencies across Sheffield, London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Coventry, and Nottingham. Pressured into paying thousands for a portfolio, falsely promised agency interest. Some took out payday loans or credit deals from the fraudsters. Instead, they received low-quality photos and no real job opportunities. VICTIMS LEFT DEVASTATED Over 6,000 people were scammed, with some borrowing money believing they were investing in their children's futures. Many were left financially ruined and emotionally distressed. Foster ran the scam from Marbella, Spain, laundering millions through UK bank accounts before sending it abroad. A six-year investigation by National Trading Standards exposed the operation. Overall a positive experience.
After submitting my son's photos to New Look Talent I had a call from the agent who offered the opportunity to attend TS studios to design a portfolio for him. I was slightly dubious at first after reading some of the reviews, but decided to book. We attended the studio and the team were very professional and made us feel at ease straight away. They were busy but Nikita still made the time to interact with everyone in attendance. My son took advice from the makeup artist and hairdresser on the day and spent the next couple of hours with a designated photographer who guided him through which clothes would suit him and how to pose. Having never been involved in anything of this nature, the results where fantastic. We decided to go for the package that allowed us to receive all the photographs taken on the day, which have been excellent for posting on a professional Instagram page and Tiktok. When we got home and uploaded the USB all images weren't present, this was a genuine error and was rectified as soon as the office opened on Monday. Customer services rep Katie was very professional and dealt with my issue in a speedy manner. TS studios is a good service if you are looking for the experience of what a professional photo shoot is like with hairdressers, make up artists and photographers, especially for someone who has never had experience in the world of modeling, we were happy to pay the prices for the photographs, as it also includes the experience, which is priceless for someone starting out. My one suggestion would be that potential customers should be given some time to consider the package they wish to purchase, as it's a lot of money to commit too. Even if it's only 24 hrs, the hard sell just taints the experience a little, my husband was reluctant to purchase the package due to what he called the "hard sell" and "feeling pressured". Subsequently we did, and I believe we would have still done so, after deliberating on what package we felt would meet our sons needs, without the pressure of having to choose before leaving the studio. My experience with TS Studios has been amazing!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, I can tell they worked really hard to get people like me feel comfortable especially where I came from, having a physical disability and learning difficulties and dyslexia has been really challenging over the years! I’m definitely not camera shy because I do bodybuilding and competed in a Mr Universe competition last year and became Mr Universe in a disability class so I know how to be professional with things and for sure I am a cheeky lovely guy so if my story inspires others to do something more than go and get it! So I wanna say thank you to Kim and Kirsten and also everyone who has been in the building today biggest supporters these guys are! ☺️🙏🏾

The team was amazing
The team was amazing. Though it was a busy day, they managed to handle the shoot for everyone in a very orderly manner. Nikita was very nice and polite and put me through every step. From the make up to the photo shoot was a great experience for me.

So I was dubious seeing TS on my Facebook feed. Had a really informative conversation after researching them, to see totally legit company. Today here I am the most wonderful team. Such welcoming easy going friendly atmosphere!! I never knew my hair and make up could look so stunning!! Totally blown away. Beyond happy. Great photographer too. Felt very relaxed and in good hands. Grew up with a photographer faster so have modelled lots, but been a while. So totally recommend coming even just for the experience. Soul lifting!!
