Company are only interested until they get their money. After sales service is lowest of low especially when customer are now dealing with an unknown system. Here you go it is fitted, read the manuals and get on with it.

Communication and customer service spot on. Team who arrived to complete the job fantastic! Within 8 hours 8 panels and battery were installed and running! The plumbers arrived pleasingly early on the due date and the heat pump was fitted competently in the two days specified for this particular job. The electricians successfully completed the electrical installation on the second day and I was given detailed information about how to use the thermostat, together with good answers to my questions. All four members of the team (two plumbers and two electricians) were courteous and helpful. The company also helped me with advice for my successful application for a grant. All aspects of this fitting, including customer service, have been of a high level. Thank you.

I have a PV & Battery storage system supplied and installed by Greener energy Group and it has been running now for 6 months. I noticed recently that when its a sunny day my battery was fully charged by about midday and I then begin exporting my excess energy to the grid for just pennies. So I decided that if I had a second battery that would allow me to store more energy and use even less power from the grid. I did some research and found out that I could have a second battery installed very easily as long as it was the same make and model as the first 5Kw puredrive II DC battery and these batteries were selling for around £2300 ex vat. So I approached Greener Energy group to quote for the installation to keep the whole system under the one umbrella so to speak. The quote that came back was £5800 when questioned the breakdown was given but it was for un-necessary items e.g. inverter upgrade etc. so I changed tack and contacted the installation team for a quote and it came back at £5200 but the prices had all increased by 20% and I was going to be charged twice for VAT on the battery. I declined but am very disappointed in the company.
