The surveyor, Craig, was great. He made sure to understand our needs for our solar system, kept in touch regularly and never put on the hard sell. The office staff were also very nice, professional and proactive through each stage of the process. The installation was done efficiently and with very little disruption to our day. Everything was explained to us before they left. The only negative was that we were told that they would arrive at 9am and they actually arrived at 8am, which was a slight inconvenience as we were getting the kids ready for school. We are already seeing the benefits of having solar panels, with much less electricity being required from the grid. We would highly recommend Greener Energy to our friends and family.

The staff in the sales were informative and never pressured you to buy the products. The office staff were fantastic and no question was too silly. They were friendly and helpful. We had solar panels installed and the installers were tidy and courteous and very quick. They said they would go up in a day and it did. We were generating power by the end of the day. I would recommend Greener Energy as a reliable company.

We had an air source heat pump installed as part of a hybrid system by Greener Energy in May 2022. It’s now February 2023 and it still does not work, and has not worked properly since installation. They sent an engineer to put the system to 100% gas boiler before Christmas as the external heat detector is incorrectly sited. Despite emailing and calling them they have not made contact to rectify the problem. Given the amount of tax payers money involved this is frankly unacceptable. Their after installation support, in our experience, is exceptionally poor and there is nothing “green” about the energy we are using!

They were great, they did an immaculate job, clean, tidy efficient, all in a day. Can’t recommend them highly enough

A very professional company. They guided us through the paper filling processes with Energy Scotland. Their back room staff were superb. Roofers, installers and electrician arrived on time, worked through their work with no break and were obviously very happy doing their work as they joked and laughed whilst working. they all answered questions which must be silly but provided the answers. Overall a very good customer exprience.

The roofers and electricians did a good job fitting the panels and hardware, my only reservation is with the salesman. I can only say he did not explain the full reality of what equipment is necessary and also the size of the internal units to be installed. The inverter and battery ended up in a wardrobe, next to the consumer unit, which severely impacted on the amount of space we can now use. We were told the inverter would go in the loft, not true. Do your homework
