Very pleasant, helpful, patient and reassuring salesman. Polite, efficient and competent electrician. Only 4 stars as communication poor. The installer didn’t turn up on the appointed day and it was difficult to communicate with the company to find out why. A month later I was contacted with a second date. A text the night before confirming the appointment would have been helpful. A follow up phone call ( not the one requesting payment) would also be helpful as I have a few questions.

GEG made two installations at my home. ASHP and battery system. I’m very happy of they work. They are little overloaded by work but this is because of their excellent reviews and returning customers. The installers worked quickly and diligently. They were also happy to take time to explain what they were doing and how the overall PV/Battery system operated. Our install manager (Tony) was very helpful in sourcing the 'black' PV panels that we thought we had originally ordered. Again kudos to the installers in getting up early to get the panels from Dundee. One slight niggle is the co-ordination between the electricians and the roofers seemed a bit chaotic - better communication by the install manager to the two teams is needed. We were originally due to have the installation done on 4th Jan - eventually happened 11-12th Jan Overall happy with the experience and would recommend Greener Energy to my friends

Great service and the scaffolders, Electricians and EV panel installers were excellent. Special mention to the senior electrician he was very technically aware and hid his cables so no trunking visible.

I found greener energy easy to deal with. all members very very helpful and the engineer installing the new boiler was most efficient and made sure that I understood everything that I should know.

We used Greener Energy to fit an air source heat pump in our home (to replace an old gas boiler). From the very beginning the whole company from sales, admin to the fitting team, have been efficient, courteous and excellent at their jobs. The service has been outstanding and any questions or queries were answered straight away. We were guided through the whole process and given a full handover and instructions once it was fitted. We would definitely recommend them to others.

This company seems to have bitten off more than it can chew. The whole process was frustrating and painfully long (approx 10 months). The staff seem poorly trained and the communication within and from the company was exceptionally poor. The proposed installation changed significantly from the initial visit (different equipment, different external aspect, different internal equipment location) and in the end our panels give less yield and cost more money than we signed up for. Installation was haphazard and took three visits to complete, with poor attention to detail a running theme. Legitimate customer queries were met in a passive aggressive manner by management at every turn. All in all this was a very poor experience indeed.

Solar panels and battery. Craig - the sales person - was really informative and answered all our questions and was on the end of the phone to answer any queries before we signed on the dotted line. We were in the process of having a sunroom built and he put this in the plans, however when the scaffolders came they were unaware of the sunroom, which had by then been completed, so they didn’t have enough scaffolding to complete the job. So, although the panels at the front were installed we had to wait a week until the back was completed. Due to the delay it did mean we still had the scaffolding up over Christmas which wasn’t ideal. The installers and the electricians were great and very pleasant to have around and when we did have an issue the staff in the office were very helpful. All in all we’re really pleased and it’s really gratifying to see we are generating some energy even in the middle of winter. I would certainly recommend Greener Energy - I took one star off due to the scaffolders with whom we had a couple of issues - although, again, they were quick to get in touch when we highlighted the problems we were having.
