A great experience from start to finish
I cannot praise this company highly enough. From the first visit through to final install the entire process was easy, fully explained and straightforward. People I spoke to on the phone actually managed to sound as if my experience mattered to them, staff who came out to do the necessary surveys turned u bang on time and answered all my questions without jargon orr making me feel like a fool. The installation was seamless. Well it wasn't totally straightforward but the team worked so efficiently that you'd never have known and they were easy to have around the house and left it tidier than it had been to start with. I'd like particularly to mention Leon and James who did the electrics, stayed late to get it down, explained everything fully and were great to chat with while also getting their work done. I don't usually gush but they were great and as a woman living alone I don't always feel that way. I cannot recommend the company and it's staff highly enough

WORST ENERGY ''COMPANY'' IN THE UK!
Before installing our air-sourced heat pump, no one explained that there is an annual service fee of £240, which is even more than a 20-year-old gas boiler. February this year we`ve had a problem with our heat pump and contacted them to check it out. Of course, they redirected us to the heat pump warranty and when the engineer came, he said that the installation company didn`t put enough antifreeze and provided me with the document for it. After that, I contacted Greener Energy immediately and they told me they would send someone to fill it up but this would be before wintertime. However, on 27 Oct the warranty with Greener Energy expired I contacted them to see when this engineer would come and they told me that no one would go if I didn`t pay the £240 service fee :) GUYS, I am serious, just do NOT EVER go with those people for anything! We had an even worse experience with their Solar Panels services. They are just not professional! I am thinking of contacting the ombudsman and trading standard and explaining everything. I am very pleased with the final result.
I am very pleased with the final result. The solar pv is up and running and easy to monitor. The individual teams were great and got on with the job and overcoming problems they faced. It took a bit longer to complete than planned which was not an issue for me personally but if you have a slightly complicated instal it might be worth encouraging a technical visit before the work starts.

No regrets
I was supported all through the process,, from application to installation. No question was too trivial for anyone to deal with when I called. Plumbers and electricians were stellar!! Friendly, outstanding professionals who worked non stop and when finished the place was cleaned up like they had never been there. I felt confident that this ‘job’ was in good hands right from the start. Thank you.

Everything about it was 5star. Pre-installation service, grant application guidance, installation and post-installation service. There were practical issues getting things set up but these were dealt with in a timely and ultimately effective way. Prices were set and the system delivered.

poor communication which wasted my time. I filled in Greener Energy online contact form to see if I was eligible for a grant. The form said they would phone me to discuss my requirements. Around 4 weeks later I had heard nothing so I phoned them. The women told me there was no grants for landlords. An email 4 weeks ago or a better online form would have saved me a large waste of time and a delay to replacing the central heating in a tenants residence.
