Very good fit, excellent contruction, surprisingly heavy fabric - seems really durable! Fast shipping, will recommend / buy again.

My experience with the company was very good. I am also very pleased with the duffle coat. The quality of fabric, fit and finish are lovely. The only thing that surprised me is that there is no inside zipper as I have seen in similar coats - i.e. the toggles are great but they are quite far apart so the wind can still come through. Not a big worry as I usually have a jumper on underneath but a zipper would be a useful addition.

The coat was far too big. I ordered a long coat, however it was designed for an exceptionally tall and broad person. This is not apparent when ordering. It cost me €34 to return the coat. The quantity of the coat was good but I was disappointed with the fit and the cost of returning the item.

Best choice ever

Ordered and received ok. Jacket sizing is bigger than other brands. Called to try arrange a swap on two occasions, both times promised call back to check stock availability didn't occur. Given 9 to 5 operating hours not the easiest to continue chasing. Now outside 28 day return period... so guess I'm stuck with a jacket that's to big

I ordered a coat from the sales pages on 2nd January. My order was confirmed and payment via PayPal taken. When I chased the order after four days as I had not received it within the 24 hours stated on the web site I received no response to the two emails I sent. When I phoned I was told that unfortunately they had run out of stock and would have to refund me. That was three days ago. Disappointing as I love this companies products and their service is usually good.

I was very pleased with the Duffle coat that I ordered from you. The size and the fitting were both impeccable and so was the colour. I enjoy wearing it very much. Thank you very much for the excellent quality that goes with it all.

I had 2 issues with my order. First, the package was not delivered. I kept receiving messages that the address was incorrect, and that the cost was being returned. I checked on my order on the website and my address was correct-I knew it was. Out of nowhere as I assume the pa mage is in its way back to UK per the email I received, I receive the cost. I open the package and before even trying the coat on I knew it wouldn’t fit. I’d been in contact with the company regarding sizing and was assured if I went up one size it would be commensurate with US sizing. Not in your life. This cost was about 3 sizes too small. I could barely get my arm in the sleeve. Customer service took a while to get back to me regarding a return label but I as able to return the coat and get reimbursed. Too bad. I have another coat from DuffleCoats UK that I bought via Amazon and it fits perfectly.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Red Duffle Coat with wooden toggles. A very cosy coat. I you are ordering they are big. The only negative is the measurement guide did say that it would be 40 inches long but when I received it, it was only 30 inches long. I couldn’t change it as I was told the ones with wooden toggles are being discontinued and I couldn’t not have my duffle coat!
