Can't say much since nothings happened since I placed an order 2 week ago.

I ordered from Dufflecoatsuk and received the package promptly. The website is very easy to navigate and there are lots of lovely products to choose from. The coat I ordered was so well priced and beautifully made. Unfortunately the cut was not suited to the wearer so I had to return it. The customer service was great, no problems in returning the product for a refund. It's a shame the coat didn't fit, but I would wholeheartedly recommend this company, my experience with them was superb.

ordered a coat, waited for tracking info, didn't get any, so I contacted them, and they said the coat was sold out! not the best online store system, I've ever encountered : / Got a refund, hence the 1 generous 1 star.

All good just little expensive plus one bad thing is it does'nt tell when the order can be delivered

Service was excellent. My only criticism would be the confusing sizing of the items. The measurements are for the item not the wearer and the sizes aren't given as S, M, L, XL etc. Delivery was quick (next day) and they handled my exchange with zero fuss.
