Fast delivery to the EU and received a well-made and warm duffle coat after 3 days. Highly recommended seller.

Just received my coat which is great. Lovely & warm & fits well, although sleeves are a bit long for me. Delivery was less efficient, though out of your control. It was a day later than UK Mail promised than two hours later than their second promise. Also the coat hanger was broken. However, more importantly my coat is just what I needed for this cold weather!

Took over a week for delivery. Not happy with coat so returned and still waiting for communication to say received back and refund.

Good quality product, very reasonably priced and made in England - what more could you want!

no communication - all one way : phone calls not returned . Sizing of garments strange and I am still awaiting acknowledgement of a returned item. There does not seem to be a system for returns and no help or recommendations for returning a garment . We are well out of pocket .

Excellent quality for an all time classic piece. The product arrived within the specified time frame without any damage. Being a medium sized person, I would recommend choosing a smaller version of the coat for a perfect fit. As for the design, I would say that it is one of the most refined out there. I am very pleased that I purchased my first duffle coat from this company.
