The coat is really good and delivery was very quick. The website and size chart is not helpful. I would suggest phoning the company before ordering. In my case I ordered size 44 which turned out to be a 50” chest. As others have said there is no free post return

Unhappily I was away when the coat was delivered, as I would have returned it. If you order a duffel coat, specify what tags you want, otherwise you will get the cheap, wooden ones which look flimsy and unlikely to last, which is a pity, as the coat itself is good.

Fast delivery of a very beautiful duffle. I’m a uk size 10 and this coat is very true to size, it fits on me so well. Was a bit worried that not having a zip I’ll feel the cold wind but it is not the case. Hood could have been a little big bigger but don’t really mind it. It’s so nice and worm that it has become my favourite coat! Purchased the London Style Duffle

Great delivery, excellent products and fitting (ordered a slim duffle coat, traditional coat and submariner sweater, all medium sized, and I am a 1,74 m 76 kg male. Honestly a slight worry about allergic reaction, with a bit of red eyes and itching, hopefully either not connected to products, or a problem that will go away after some ventilation of the products outside. I really love the feeling and look of the products so hoping for the best!

Found the duffle on the web, ordered, paid and received it after 14 days. The duffle was exactly what I was looking for, and the size perfect. All at approximately 50% of the price of a similar duffle in Stockholm, where I live. A happy customer indeed.

Still waiting for my refund two weeks after the returned coat was signed for. No reply to two emails requesting update and three phone calls still havemt solicited the reimbursement. The second coat I ordered was returned and exchanged without a hitch in the intervening period. The actual coat I’ve settled with is actually excellent quality but their customer services are very lax.

Delivered to my door in Sweden just a couple of days after put in the order. The jacket fits perfectly , is comfy and warm , would use these serivices again.
