Received the item with the wrong color. Although it was their fault, they didn't managed to send me the correct article until the return reception, despite the fact I provided them with the tracking code as proof of the return shipment. Except in the first contact to warn about the mistake and ask for instructions, when i got a quick answer, the remaining contact attempts was very frustating without getting any kind of response. Poor service and lack of customer care. Quite improvable. ... one month after the trade, returned the coat, no replacement, no postage refund, no answer to the emails at all. that's incredible!
