I ordered a womans long duffle coat in Red size 16. It arrived within 3 days and I am delighted with the item. It fits well true to size with long sleeves. The red is a lovely shade being not too bright and garish. Just what I wanted thank you.

I become my Duffle coat very fast

I wanted a duffle coat, a good quality one, like the one I had when I was five. I looked around but all of the high street shops were boring and predictable. No colour, no style, no quality. I trawled retro clothing stores but they were full of things I had thrown out in the 80s and other crimes against fashion. So I went online and found Dufflecoatsuk and they ticked all of the boxes. True I had never heard of them and they were more expensive than I would normally pay but they had what I wanted. So I decided to give them a try and I wasn't disappointed. My Duffle is awesome! The quality of service and delivery were exceptional and it arrived very quickly. As for my coat it is amazing quality and is exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with Dufflecoatsuk and will recommend them every time people ask where I got my fab coat from.

Beautiful coat very well made will buy from you again.just one gripe is the pockets could be lower so ones arms are a lot straighter,when I put my hands into the pockets elbows are quite bent,also should have a pocket or two on the inside,perhaps one day I could have it made

I ordered two coats as I was not sure of the colour or the fit. Neither of them were any good to me. I had to pay £24 for the privilege of trying them on as it was not clear on the website that I would have to pay for the returns. I spoke to customer service and they said the could not do anything about it. It was company policy. I was also disappointed with the coats. The hood covered half my face so it is not a functioning hood but just for show. I will not be using the company again and will be contacting the legal department of the Which magazine. Be very careful using this British Company!!! Very poor service and customer service.

I contacted the company by e-mail because I wasn't sure about the sizing. Sure enough I ordered without assistance and had to return the coat for a different size even though I had measured my coat according to the directions on the website. I like the product so have sent it back for a different size.

Lovely coat but star knocked off because not lined which also makes it feel thinner as well as not finishing it off. Also the white sewing on the label shows on the outside of the coat which is fine if you don't have the hood up but not if you do. I can't understand why a darker cotton wasn't used.
