Would have given 0 if possible. Coat was 10cm shorter than advertised and I had to pay to return it. Not impressed.

Finally after a month and a half after the purchase, they made me the exchange, which would be for a larger coat, but they sent me a coat exactly the same size !! That is, they did not make me the exchange! I had the displeasure of knowing the worst after sales service. They are a disgrace and extremely incompetent!
