Great coat great colour great service

Excellent piece of kit! As I wanted it before Christmas, and didn't want the faff of getting the wrong size and having to return it, I phoned customer services to discuss the sizing as their sizing chart didn't really tie up with what was on the labels in my suit jackets. I'd previously been into my local Marks&Sparks to try their coats for size but they just use S/M/L/XL as their sizing, which didn't really help. Anyhow, had a chat with a very helpful guy in customer services, agreed on the size, ordered it online immediately after the call and it arrived 2 days later. The body fit is perfect, and I can get a suit jacket on under it. The arms are a little long - I think I saw this mentioned in a review - but that's not a problem (maybe my arms are a bit short!) Very satisfied customer. Just worried I'm turning into my Dad.
