Having selected a duffle coat on the excellent web site I had a query about measurements in relation to other garments I possess and called the company on land line. The member of staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating and efficiently and quickly satisfied my query. Delivery to my home was quick in relation to other companies I have dealt with. The duffle coat on arrival was in my opinion of excellent quality, stylishly cut and a more than acceptable successor to my previous duffle coat.

Recommended firm; high quality product, exactly as described, swift delivery. Will surely buy again :-) Only "negative" point, in the measures chart the chest one is missing, though being the most important - present, anyway, in the american version of site :-).

Service excellent. Material excellent. Being tall I wanted a 'long' coat. The sleeves were plenty long enough, but the coat was a inch shorter than the specified length. 42 instead of 43 inches. I replaced an old 44/54 coat with ample room with a new duffle coat 44 which seems a little tighter. If I was going to reorder I would go for a coat a size up.

The coat I bought is fantastic - high quality, thick, warm and looks very good. The site was a little frustrating to navigate through because the product browsing doesn't have filters, so you have to scroll through all the colors/cuts/products at once. Also, the checkout isn't great. I needed delivery to a business address, and entered the name of the business into the checkout field, but the fact that delivery was to a business was somehow not transmitted to the carrier. I had to check the tracking, notice that something seemed off with the shipment, call the carrier and explain to them how to deliver my coat. Without this intervention delivery would have been very delayed. Overall, though, these are minor issues and the product I can recommend 100%.

I got my Harris Tweed blazer last week, it came in a week and fits great thanks to the advice I got on measuring a jacket that I already own. I will be back for more. I would like some information on the fit of the sweaters.
