Five stars because recently I had to exchange a child's coat I ordered. The whole process was managed extremely efficiently with satisfactory results.

Although the jacket I ordered was too small I could not praise the service enough.

Great service from this well established company. The coat is unlined and of a coarser fabric than expected, but is better for my own use, the body is a great fit with the arms just a little long, the hood however is very large and if I am not wareing a cap, as I often do ,it comes down over my face covering my eyes and nose, still should stop my face from freezing. Great coat and would buy again from this company.
