I have often thought about buying one of these duffle coats & am pleased I have finally done so. The coat is a good fit & I expect it to wear well, also very fast delivery, I am impressed.

Had to send my duffle coat back, as it was too small [my fault]. The replacement coat came back within 3 days. Very happy with the coat/service and deliver. Would recommend the company

The coat is of good quality and warm. My experience was that I took my normal size and that that was okay. (When I measured the coats I allready wear, the inches of the arm-neck length were larger than in the size quide). Communication via email about questions were generally well answered.

My coat is so unlike the usual duffle coat that I was very surprised when I got it. The unbuttonable hood is neat and will be very useful in cold wet weather.

BIG TIME DELIVERY

The parcel was delivered to another address as I was not in to sign for the delivery. However the courier did not leave a card with the details to where the parcel was delivered. I eventually recovered the parcel with the help of the Dufflecoatsuk excellent customer service team.

Dear it is not possible to have sent you five emails and I ask you to send me the receipt and the coat of payment invoice (which you ought to have with the coat), and not have so far any documend.. I thought that I have to work with so serious company. Please I do not want to appeal to the consumer association.
