Ordered two coats in different sizes but both were too big and as it was quite expensive to return them I was loathe to order another one. However,as the coats are so well made I decided to give it another go, I rang the company and spoke to a very helpful chap (Anthony) wio explained how the sizes differ between the different styles of the coats and I promptly ordered again.Anthony also said to contact him if I had to return the coat and he would sort the postage. I didnt have to return the coat and am now over the moon with my purchase. Excellent service with a personal touch.

Website easy to navigate, good quick response to my order and very quick delivery, especially as I ordered over the Christmas period. My coat was just as described, very well made, no loose bits of cotton and uneven seams, just a very well made coat, made from very good quality materials. Will order again without hesitation.

I got a women's Montgomery London Duffle coat for Christmas. I'm delighted with it. I was a bit worried it would be too small but it's perfect. I ordered a size ten (British size) and it fits perfectly. I think the twelve would be too big, perhaps the sleeves would be too long. I'm able to wear a big jumper under the cost and have room to breath. It arrived quickly too. In time for christmas. Thank you very much.

I had some reservations about buying online, it's a lot of money to spend without the opportunity to try the coat for size first. I had no need to worry, the coat is a truly beautiful thing, my wife loves it and I gained a million brownie points! Buy one!
