Bad website system or logistics

Order two rings which was told five days later that it never came into the hub. And the ring is discontinued and refund me. I don’t want the money, I want the rings. The expectation to disappointment is a huge difference and make this experience bad.

Very good experience overall despite delivery issues due to the customs policy, here in France. Customer service is great, really reactive and helpful (shipment was re-sent using DHL Express and received in no time) I love the ring I bought!

Broken bangle after not even a year.

Bought a bracelet for £130 not even a year ago, only for it to snap in half when taking it off. I've always been pretty careful with it and typically wear it once or twice a week. Wouldn't expect it to break so soon. Contacted customer service and they offered me 30% off a future order, but to be honest, I don't really feel like spending another £100 if it is going to break after a year.

Poor

Poor customer service and poor quality jewellery. Items missing from order, stone fell out of a ring within a few weeks. Emailed customer service, who never responded.

Awful experience

I bought a bracelet and an earring and I didn't want them until the order arrived. I emailed all the contact addresses, to find out from the courier company in my country that they returned the package a long time ago, and the fact that Serge DeNimes did not notify me that they received the packages to process the refund. Such a thing is inadmissible + they did not reply to any of my emails

Bought a ring and decided to send it…

Bought a ring and decided to send it back. Have tried contacting via various emails and social media platforms with no reply. Tracking says it was delivered. Been over 2 weeks. Do not buy from this company.
