The 11/07/2022 I ordered a ring on the website, I never received the product through the fault of the delivery company (Chronopost) who returned the package to the sender (Serge Denimes) by mistake. Serge Denimes does not respond to my emails concerning the fact that the ring has been paid for but that I have not received anything. I still want to receive the ring because I really like it. Update on 17/08 : It has now been over a month since I ordered my ring. Customer service has not responded for 9 days. Scam?

Great customer experience.

Average services for premium prices. The rings are of good quality even tho they have almost doubled the prices since I purchased my last ring from them back in the summer of 2021 (the ring that I got for 45 euros back then is 87 euros now). The delivery is also average. It said on the website that my ring would arrive in 5-7 days but it's been 18 and the last time I heard from them, it was still in France.

Ordered ring but upon prompt delivery needed a size smaller. Returned original and received replacement in side 7 days. Brilliant service.
