I ordered an item that was out of stock and I selected the wrong shipping method. Tracy in customer service identified the issues and promptly communicated with me to advice. She provided an estimated re-stock date and refunded the money. Honest and prompt response makes HC a trusted business for me. Thank you

i ordered some celtic salt and i emailed the company and these people haven't replied or bothered to send me a refund on my order status thats says 'UNFULFILLED" you guys suck ! and i hope who ever is reading this email you dont make a purchased with this company , THERE LYING AND RIPING PEOPLE Out there money ! SCAMMERS . i hope THIS BUSSINESS FALL APART ! Riping us out of our hard earned money !!!!

My order was delayed due to the shortage of the supplements. Melody answered my concerns each time I sent an emails, explained the reasons and told me when I should be able to receive my order. That is very helpful because I planned to take the supplements to my relatives in china, and I will leave for China soon. Thank you Melody! Hui

Nakisha answered me very quickly and figure out the whole problem and resolve the issue with a refund because the product I wanted was not in stock and she didn't know when it would be available. So I am very happy with her service.

I placed an order on Sept. 5, 2023. My money was removed the same day and posted on my bank account on the next. I have written 2 emails, tried calling the number on their Facebook page and received nothing back except the same order confirmation email that I got when I ordered. The last email was sent on Oct. 11, 2023 and I have still not received any response back. My opinion is that if this were a legitimate company, they would have better customer service and care about their reputation. Also my money would not leave my bank until order was shipped.

Tracy was very helpful with addressing my issue. She responded promptly, thoroughly explained what had caused the issue, and immediately offered a solution. When I had follow up questions she was easily able to answer them.

I think this is a good company. I had ordered Celtic sea salt and did not receive the product. On Oct 18, 23 I contacted them by email, and within 2 hours I received an email back explaining two problems. 1. I had used local delivery (or something like that) and since I did not live near there it caused a computer issue. 2. They have not been able to receive the Celtic Salt and do not know when it will be in stock. They are processing a refund. My only concern is I was reading reviews online and someone just ordered Celtic sea salt on Oct 18,23. If they don't have it then people should not be able to order it. If it is not available maybe they should temporarily remove it from the site. I also wish they had a way to contact you when it comes in again.
