Good Customer Service

The bad: It's pretty simple, the web site has a local shipping option but no validation on address. So we ordered some things from them and left the shipping alone (which defaulted to the cheapest which was local only). It was close to a month later and we started looking into if we were scammed. At first I thought we were but after doing some research I found out about the bad UX on the site (Not sure if they fixed it by now) Anyway, I contacted them once I figured out what had happened. The customer service was prompt and friendly. I got a response within 1 day, and a refund was in my bank account within a couple days. This would have been a 5 if they contacted me ahead of time to let me know the issue and my options for correcting it. Either way, the site isn't a scam, it just needs some UX adjustments to make things more clear for consumers

Never got any shipping info. Then it took too long for anyone to contact me after sending in several emails.

My order did not arrive due to my error in ordering. A real person tracked it and it was re-sent quickly. Nice to have contact with a person, not a robot.

Order never received

Order #77385. Ordered on February 15, 2023. Bank charged same day. I sent text March 10, 2023 and email through Health Central USA website stating order not received and requested an update and ETA on order. As of May 3, 2023 there has been no response.

They answered after not being satisfied. I ordered Menopause Support herbs and it did say Available. When I bought them, and received my confirmation, it said, I have to wait until Available. Wrong. So, I had to cancel my order, I couldnt find a ph number to call, but, did find it on Facebook. And after that it was easy from there on to cancel my order. You do need a phone number as a contact number. People will assume that this is not a real business. Thanks
