I emailed to get a status on my order. Tracy responded right away told me that she researched it and that the manufacturer is having issues and not sure when they would have it so she refunded my money. Thank you Tracy for your help!

I ordered on March 31st and received an order received email. Have not heard back since. Credit card was charged. Order #88308. I know they said 21 days to ship, but I don't think I'll order from this company again

I made the mistake of not designating my address instead of Dallas for shipment and when I contacted Health Central, Melody did an excellent job of checking my order and rushing it to me. It arrived in excellent condition and was well-packaged. I am very, very pleased!

I placed my order on April 3, 2023 and while the payment was withdrawn from my account the next day I never received an order number. I emailed your company three times to get the status of my order and received no response. I'd like my order filled ASAP or my money refunded.

Order #85747 I ordered on March 20. Until today April 27 I have received no updates even trying to contact them 3 times via chat or email. I was charged for the amount of my order on the same day it was purchased. Overall bad experience with no updates or even receiving my order. Last time that I order from this company
