Norbert the plumbing engineer was very friendly, helpful and efficient

The company reps on the phone were so helpful and got someone out on the same day to see if i had a leak. i didnt, it was a drain, as i had paid for a call out they sent a drain engineer out for free which i thought was a great service. my only fault is the communication as to which drain needed unblocking from the chap on the phone, he needed payment before the engineer could unblock it which is understandable but he was not clear on which one needed unblocking, it was actually the councils over flow water drain that needed attention so not my responsibility. I now have a hassle reclaiming the £600 back from them which is a nightmare, so my advice, make sure its your drain before going ahead. The engineer that attended was one of the loveliest men iv met and in my opinion, worth the hassle

BEWARE THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE . I called them as my radiator came off the wall to fix the 2 crushed pipes and got a price of £140 +VAT which I had to pay before the work but seemed correct...the guy came and said "hoo I haven't got that diameter pipe in the van"... (seriously!!!?) Keep in mind only 2 x 8cm were needed. So off he went and I had to pay to receive an invoice of the planned work such as emptying system that was already empty, removing radiator that was already off the wall, filling system by that they mean opening the water supply, realistically there were only 2 pipe soldering to do... £595 +VAT really taking the mickey i reminded them that i only needed the 2 pipes soldered so if i was to buy everything for them and do everything else myself nearly £300 and the money wasted the previous day wasn't even accounted for now i understand i called them but i also explained my problem for them not to come empty handed and leave with my hard earned cash and doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

The plumber turned up quickly and carried out the work required efficiently but not until the price was more than doubled from head office and forced to pay before the work was done so having to pay £354 instead of the expected around £200 was a terrible shock to me people should be aware of the amount they could end up paying before contacting this company

We needed an emergency plumber in the evening for a very leaky boiler, but none were available, that was disappointing and left us without water overnight, but a plumber did arrive next morning, and did manage to fix our boiler very speedy.

Found the engineer friendly very efficient and a professional

Had a leak on Sunday called PM247 and they got someone out to us within 1hour to fix the issue. The lady was really lovely and reassuring when booking and the engineer was brilliant. The service was very professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
