Follow through is superb. I needed to coordinate a notarized doc in another state. I noted the signee was in a facility and was very anxious about the process. I was called to confirm my booking and told the exact time of the notary's arrival would be confirmed. I was then called with the time of the appointment and the notary's name. Then shortly before arrival time I was called again to let me know the notary, their name, and the arrival time was on time if not running a little early. All this communication allowed me to keep my loved one at ease during the process. Afterward my loved one confirmed all was handled by a very nice and helpful person. It's hard to buy peace of mind, and I got that without having to ask. Great service.

Paid for a membership I never got access to. Luckily, canceling was easy. Waste of $25. I tried emailing for assistance and never got a reply. I would never recommend them or do business with them.
