Hired company for mobile services in NYC and their service was outstanding. They were very professional, responsive, and followed all the instructions given which required for them to: print out the paperwork, take to client, obtain signatures, notarize, scan back, and put originals in the mail. I definitely hire them again for any future needs. Truly recommend their services.

This company is run by shady foreigners looking to make a quick/dishonest buck. Not real, local, US owned & operated entities

You told me you could get the signing done same day, which is a big reason I went with you and paid, then and you then cancelled an hour before. Then I never received a call the day before the rescheduled day confirming what time the notary arrive and had to call myself. Then they told me she would be here at 4:00 but she showed up at 3:45 overall just terrible communication

It's been 11 business days and I still haven't received my refund of $135.20 I provided all necessary information as needed by email while on the phone with agent including the invoice.

Communication was lacking at best. Found out hours before scheduled closing that the notary was never available for the given date (found this out only after we called) Had to pay extra for another notary, who still couldn't come within business hours (showed up 4 hours after original time) Promised our docs would be mailed next day (already too late, as we were remotely closing on a home out if state) They were shipped 2 days later (yes we were billed for that, no we did not pay) Thank goodness we sensed the disorganization and went to UPS as a back up. 1 star because we got a notary, just far too little to late. Pay the extra and just do UPS or your local town hall.

Waited for 2 hours and was never able to get service. Then I found a notary myself. So I did a better job then ur service could provide

The notary made me feel like a complete fool I don't even know if everything is done correctly. This man had me crying. He was rude and stuffy. I will never use him as a notary again

The person you sent was LATE! He was supposed to be a witness for our marriage. We ended asking these two ladies sitting in the room we were in to be witnesses and we used them.
