Had I not called from signing location…
Had I not called from signing location 10 minutes before appointment I’d be in big trouble. They cancelled the appt less than 5 minutes before hand in 115 degree heat as I was outside waiting for the notary. To their credit, notary arrived 45 mins later. Notary fixed an issue providing an additional document. Will confirm sooner next time.
