Delivery of my Phoenix Water Filter was very efficient and speedy. I had a couple of questions regarding set up of the filter. These were promptly answered by a courteous member of their staff.

I received my Phoenix Gravity Filter quickly and very well packaged. The quality is excellent and it was easy to assemble. I’ve been using it for a week and it definitely works in providing great tasting water. The Phoenix looks great on the worktop. It is pricey but so far so good.

Horrible company, I ordered water filter and it arrived in the box covered inside all over with the mold, smells very bad. I’m allergic to the mold ! I’ve been trying to return and get refund from them, they not answering phone calls or emails. Horrible costumer service, it makes me believe that the quality of the product is poor. Will not advise to get involved with this company!

Ich habe bis jezt 5wasserfilter bestellt.Das Produkt an sich ist gut.Nur den letzten habe ich ,326€,bezahlt und nicht bekommen .Habe schon mehrmals danach gefragt.Bekomme nur als Antwort man würde das nachfragen.Könnte mir da jemand vielleicht helfen?

This is absolutely fantastic this filtration system! Water tastes brilliant even my dog who hated even Phox and Britvic filtered water- loves this! It is terrific that so many contaminants too and viruses and bacteria are filtered as well. What is also a real bonus too is the fact that all important minerals for the body are not removed. It is a lovely looking addition to our kitchen and filters last for a year! 😊 Great for health- a great investment!

Excellent value for money and great alternative for filter water!!

Terrrible customer service … paid for a full tank but only recieved 2 out of 4 filters. The filter leaked so I returned it and they demanded I return filter and tap! I returned the tap in a ziplock bag! And as pictured the filters were still in the tank!! Anyways after coming back and forth I said just give partial refund for the parts you supposedly didn’t get back!!! It got very stressful and I’m still waiting for the refund. Look for a diffferent charcoal filter!! These guys are difficult to deal with.. the tank had a clear dint.. I have to admit the water was well filtered!
