I am disappointed because I did a test with food coloring and I could see that the filters let pass some of this coloring. I did the same test in another filter of another brand that I use for 3 years and this one still does not let the dye pass. The price is interesting but it is not of good quality to filter the water, which was the purpose of my purchases on this site.

Really happy with my Phoenix water filter. I ordered direct from their website and everything arrived safe and sound here in Finland. Customer support is also really quick to get back to me when I reached out. The water that comes out of the filter is crisp and clean tasting. Big difference to the city water over here. Very happy.

i ordered a filter the 21.4 and received the dhl tracking number the 22th. Since then, nothing ! no filter, no information on the dhl tracking status. i asked the support of phoenix for help. They send me the tracking nb again, nothing more. Now, we are the 7th of May and no information from phoenix (even i asked 3 times the support for help). No filter, no useful support from phoenix. Just lost 250 euros

Fast service and well packed . A well made product and I was able to assemble it easily . Have been using it for a week now and water tastes great , I am glad I purchased the tap that let's me see the water level at a glance .
