After the original installer of our ground source heat pump failed to correct a fault in our system, we turned to Stiebel Eltron for help. Their engineer Ian Milner identified the fault that had left us with no heating or hot water and in two days corrected a problem that had puzzled the original installer for months. We now have a warm house and hot showers. Stiebel Eltron have been truly amazing in their response to our request for help. Very professional, open in their discussion of what had gone wrong and fast in their implementation of the solution. Thank you Stiebel Eltron and Ian Milner in particular.

Excellent service I bought a DCE-X 10/12 Premium water heater through elementshop who did not reply to me when i had an issue with the unit. I mailed Stiebel Eltron direct and Ben Jones confirmed there was a fault in 2 mails with a new unit sent out ASAP. I would 100% use again.

Outstanding customer service
I bought a studio flat a coupe of years ago with Stiebel Eltron heater installed. From the beginning the heater has been making the loud tapping and cracking noise, sometimes so loud, I could not sleep in the nights. Finally I contacted the UK Stiebel Eltron customer service if they could help me to resolve this problem, and they offered me a replacement free of charge. I was gobsmacked because the heater was not under the warranty any more. The first contact with the CS took place on 8.1.25 and a replacement heater arrived on 10.1.25. Huge thanks especially to Kyle Gordon from CS for the outstanding service and approach. Vlad

Stiebel Eltron UK Ltd. Premium priced products with poor performance and woeful aftercare. No heating or hot water 3 days following a brand new ASHP installation. Facing another week in limbo whilst technical support offer remote diagnostics: pull this cable, push that cable, tighten that cable... rudimentary problem solving and still no solution after 72 hours and the offer of a visit in another 7 days time. Avoid . Choose Daikin, Fujitsu or other more well known brands. Stiebel Eltron correctly have responded to confirm a visit has been booked. AFTER i have written this review. My point is 72+24 hours go by, my having to escalate to the highest levels should not have been required. My review and feedback is entirely accurate and a fair assessment of the lack of agility from Stiebel Eltron.
My Stiebel Eletron heat pump
My Stiebel Eletron heat pump is new and I am learning how to use it. I called the help desk and Ben was very helpful is taking me through the set up and how to use it. The house is warm and I am not using much electricity which is great.
Unhurried Professional Maintenance
I had spoken to Kyle in maintenance in the past , he was and continues to be very helpful , but there is only so much guidance over the phone Kyle and his team now can and do provide through Stiebel service contracts , which I snapped at I was booked in , their engineer Mark attended , diagnosed and repaired , nothing was too much trouble and now I have a perfect system Its been an absolute pleasure

We have (two) of these units in position and so in service 24/7 for over 8 years now, with on occasion forgetting we even have them...their operation has been truly faultless! But like all mechanical things, they wear, and it is only then really you see the genuine service experience, and from Kyle in particular, not forgetting his colleagues in Tech Support over the phone, it has been exemplary in all aspects, which is never an accident of course, it is the result of tireless training and investment in their people to ensure this.
