LMF carried out our Eco4 refit. They were very prompt in giving us a start date. All the teams were very professional, courteous and friendly and explained each phase of the work. When it was completed they cleaned up really well, ready for next team. The finish was excellent. We would happily recommend them as a company. The work was completed in about 4 weeks. Even when the work was signed off they were happy to come and fix a couple of minor issues. Overall , we’re extremely happy.

If I could give a lesser star I would steer clear of this commpany

I will update my review as the install goes along. So far the installation has been great, The solar team and electrical work has been spot on , the scaffolders did break a few tiles on my lean-to but fair play knocked the door and apologised this has been rectified since it happened. ( thanks to Emily for helping get this done ) At the moment the boarders and plasterers are in , Dave, Paul and Tim - absolutely brilliant , respectful and hard working guys , worthy of 6 stars. 👏🏻 👏🏻 Work has now been completed on my installation , the electricians (Phil and others ) also guys that drilled the core holes and Plumbers Martin and Johnny were fabulous. Special mention to Mike Phillips site manager who came today to inspect the work and to arrange a few snagging jobs for this weekend , professional and courteous 👍🏻 Overall a fantastic installation , only issues were with the scaffolders and communication at office level. The staff employed are the bees knees and i would definitely recommend them 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

All the tradesmen were great! Proffesional, courteous, tidy workers, no complaints at all. But the whole project was disorganised chaos! Poor communication and organisation from the office side. Lots of little issues that would have been prevented by having 1 person coordinating and overseeing the work. Overall I would recommend this company, but they have some fine tuning to do.

Each member of the team have been totally professional. No mess, no fuss, just an amazing finish to an excellent job. 100 percent I would recommend this company in the future.

Had our solar and battery system installed by LMF in August 2024 and couldn’t be happier. The crew who installed everything were excellent, very professional, responsive and helpful. There has been a bit of a delay with admin and we are still awaiting the inverter to be programmed to store off peak. Overall though a really top company.

Diabolical service. Installation completed a week ago and heating still not working. No response from the contract manager and nobody wants to take responsibility. Have numerous complaints but have wasted too much of my time with this company already so kept it short & sweet

Because the company failed to undertake a survey of the work required, the one worker who came had to work a long day. He was however very hard working and completed the installation, was polite and tidy about his work. The installation was well done but I am not yet certain the controls are working correctly, but this is a set up problem which should be easily solved

Good company the lads on ground to speak from dean electrician to Oliver solar panel team Tom the carpenter. Most importantly Dave and two lads done internal wall insulation and plastering. Worked around our working lives with courtesy and totally understanding. Clean and tidy and most important totally respectful of the property and our working week. Would been 5 * but back office poor in comparison. From a female dictating what was happening and booking scaffolding team for 6-15 on Saturday morning. But all trade teams more compensated.
