As with another reviewer - rubbish still waiting to be collected weeks after the job was completed. A history of no control or project management. Truck arriving with radiators etc before contract was signed. Incomplete installation kit provided so an additional 4 days without heat. In-firm disagreements over planning specs. Differences between the installation plan I signed up to and that used by the sub-contractor. Firms representatives turning up out of the blue. Inspections of which I had not been informed. No guidance or support from the 'project co-ordinator' whose work is not covered by anyone else when they're absent. Left without heating for weeks. As someone with a chronic illness something I could do without. For a company that states on their website 'Our passion is to assist vulnerable customers' its a laugh. A mess.

Horrified by the service, messy contractors, late working days 8am to 8pm no urgency to putting right problems. Very poor managment, most of the subcontractors will confirm there is very poor managment. Will i ever get a resoultion? When i get a real qualified company here maybe, i doubt to ever see a resolution with this company Isa.foran@lmf is an incorrect email, says it all.... Ive had to use initative to realise that your name being Lisa maybe the email should be lisa.foran@lmf i shall try that instead.

Had solar and boiler installation, all seems to go quite smoothly. The traits people were very nice then it gets to them removing the rubbish that they have taken out of the property. Countless phone calls and countless emails they have still not removed the rubbish off site, not only this the boiler is now not working correctly. I would not recommend

Chris & Arran came to our home to insulate and plaster the rooms with external walls. They were both polite hardworking and extremely professional even going to collect insulation boards and other materials as it was difficult to deliver to us also going out of there way to explain each process to us. They were in contact with Mike at LMF who also was exceptionally helpful. Arran had a holiday booked during our installation and was covered for by Ben who also was very hardworking and polite. They were all clean and tidy throughout the job but more importantly they have done an impeccable job to a very high finish. Chris oversaw the job and we can’t praise him enough.

From the moment the sales man came to my door to see if they could help with making my home more energy efficient, to the day the work was completed by really trust worthy contractors, I knew I made the right decision in getting my home at long last installuated. Having lived in this house, between me and my sister, is 15 years Ive always hated the winter here. Now since having my home brought up to the right standards of having loft installation put down to my external walls being installuated I don't have to worry about being cold come the winter. I love the fact I can put the heating on for an hour and I have to turn it off after an hour because my house Is all lovely and toasty and the heat stays in. It's because of LMF and there professionalism and workmanship that I can come home after work and I feel warmer. Thank you so much it reallycan't do it justice by saying thank you but I really mean it.

All work was done to perfection work men were spot on even down to tidying up each day every thing went great no problems All very helpful All perfect
