During instalation an expander tank exploded in my office causing days of clearing up ruined carpets and office equipment ,no signs of any compensation for all the damage then get called a lier by manager down the phone ,have now left in hands of our buisness solicitor ,anyone contemplating using this company think again Also just found out someone has signed the job off wasnt me so will be interesting finding out who signed my signature,wirral council will be informed

Carol of "Solar Choice" based in Scotland phoned me on Monday 16th Sep 2024 around 17:30 and arranged a meeting at my home with "LMF Energy Services Ltd" surveyor Jamie for Wed., 18th Sep 2024 at 14:00 Carol said that they are working on behalf of "LMF Energy Services Ltd" to arrange these meetings. I waited and waited, but no one has turned up! This is the second time Solar Choice arrange a meeting and LMF never showed up for the meeting! I phoned LMF directly and spoke to Chloe, who confirmed their representative is based in Scotland, but didn't find my meeting details! I asked her to pass my phone call to The Manager, but she said they are in a meeting. I gave Chloe my contact details for her Manager to return my call, but I never received any phone call!! For all potential customers, I will think tice to deal with this cowboy outfit.

Solar panel installation from the surveyor,through to the scaffolders,the panel installers,the electrician.All were specialists in their own field.They were polite,efficient and helpful,every thing was explained. We are very pleased

This is not typical of our aftercare service so i sincerely apologise. I will chase the submissions department immediately as your post install documents should certainly be with you by now. Leave this with me'. Well I left it with you.... and despite chasing you on 27 August you havent provided me with an explanation of the delay or the document I need. I havent heard anything from you at all. I have been unable to set up a SEG account now for 3 months. Your customer service is as bad as the rest of LMF!

Josh and Ryan attended the property regarding boarding and plastering in preparation for solar panels. Unlike the previous workmen they were amazing. Covered all furniture flooring etc. cleaned everything and left everything tidy.Postcode they came to was Tn57qg 20thaugust Polite and caring an asset to your company

We found LMR to be a very good company, all the staff help as much as possible. The quality of the work is first rate. The work is quite invasive so there has to be a good working relationship which there is. Maybe a bit more communication regarding work schedule would be appreciated as we too plan our week, but really pleased so far.

They were kind and efficient and friendly very good at their job .

Everyone was very courteous, and they tried their best not to leave a mess. They got on with the job and hardly stopped for any breaks.
