From start to finish this company has done exactly what they said they would all in a timely manner. All admin stsff and workers have been spot on. Would highly recommend!!!

Left a good report after the solar panels fitting. Then had batteries fitted. Problem reported on 11.3.2024. Then reported total shutdown of panels on 13.4.2024. Now 13.5.2024 and still no sign of anyone coming despite several e mails.

LMF energy have been to our house and helped us with our grant for free solar and heat exchanger amongst other things , I have to be honest here , we are so impressed by the workmanship and professional tradesmen they use , they have treated our home and me and my wife with full respect, they have cleaned up after themselves and been very courteous to both of , we are both disabled with my wife being severely mentally and physically disabled, we can’t sing there praise enough . The staff on the phone and their sub-contractors in person were all lovely to work with. They listened to our requirements and were overall very helpful. The work was carried out swiftly and generally to a high standard. The company does seem to be very busy at the moment with installers working all over the country, so my job didn't 'flow' quite as I'd hoped, as they had to move sub-contractors back and forth. The office staff were also a bit disorganised, with several people phoning me at different times asking for the same information. That said, the contracts manager, Emily, is a star and looked after me very well. Overall, I would recommend this firm.
