Pretty poor service. We highlighted repeatedly throughout the process that we had concerns about some planning issues and how the house would be left once they were done. They ignored the planning issue, despite me repeatedly sending in documentation. In terms of reinstatement we were told all of the period woodwork would be ripped out and we would be given a grant to cover the reinstall once they were done. However the grant wouldn’t come close to return the house to order and it included a plan to discard all of the woodwork in the house or leave it in piles. Our concerns about this process were repeatedly ignored and LMF pressed ahead with plans until we had to stop them a day before install. As we are tenants we would potentially be liable for damage to the house, and we wouldn’t return it to as it was under their plan and with 3 disabled children in the house we simply couldn’t be left with a house that we rent in disrepair. After stopping the install, they finally recognised there was a planning issue around the building being listed. They said they were drawing up a new plan, but have now ghosted us and won’t return any emails or calls from us or our landlord. We have been left with holes around the house in the walls from the asbestos testing that need to be repaired and they still won’t respond to messages. Really terrible service. As a company that would be working with a large number of old houses and people on low incomes, these issues should be at the forefront, Would not recommend.

Installation went fine but after sales very poor. I would recommend withholding some payment until MCS certificate arrives as I had problems getting it as it hadn't been registered in the due time(10 days according to MCS). Also the after sales email service is absolutely awful, no replies or acknowledgement. Get 3 quotes and do not be rushed to buy and negotiate with the installers. Reviews and social media groups offer plenty of hindsight comments that I wished I'd considered. I get the feeling of having drunk dirty water and if any remedial work needs to be done I worry what response I'll get? Buyer beware. Following my review LMF have contacted me apologizing and reassured me any further contact will be responded to quicker. I hope they're right as the pre sales was very good and informative. Hick ups happen with new conpanys so let's hope things get better.

The team turned up in several fans lots of lads all very polite and professional they fitted the heat pump and boiler water tank excellent workmanship left all clean.then a scaffolding turned up no messing about then the solar panels arrived fitted sparks in and out no problems mess cleared up I would highly recommend this professional installation company 10/10👍keep up the great work

Overall the work carried out was very good. The men were friendly, pleasant, quick and efficient. We are delighted to finally have solar panels and appropriate heating. Our only issue was that the sky dish was knocked and facing the opposite direction. This left us with no TV signal for a few days. We were fortunate enough it was only for a short period of time as it usually takes up to 2 weeks to have an engineer come out.

Archie the man who looked after me was absolutely amazing, did everything he could and so did the other workers. All lovely lads very polite and I’m happy with the result of my house, I’ll be saving lots of money on gas thankyou.

From start to finish this process was easy. The guys from Lmf were friendly, clean and very respectful. On time and were finished on time. Pleasant experience alround. From scaffolding guys to electrician to panel installation guys all A+ now I'm saving money and recommendeding to all my friends. Thanks again!

The tradesmen that where working on my property where excellent always respectful clean and tidy and a job well done. Liaison lady Kelly between me and the office was excellent she bend over backwards for us. I feel sometimes though through she may have been banging her head against a wall with project managers within the office. As time scales through ordering supplies and equipment for the job where very much delayed and sometimes where even wrong.
