The lads were great

The lads were great, very polite, kept me apprised of the work they were doing, kept the areas they were working in clean and tidy, I couldn't fault them if I tried.

Wonderful service from Petra Elise :-)

Hello, no job has been done on my house yet, but I would like to thank your customer advisor ECO4 Sales Executive Petra Elise. She has been wonderful, very kind and gave me more links with useful information. Thank you soooo much :-) I would always recommend her to other customers. //However, I have not found whether I would be eligible for some jobs, if there are leaks and damp in my house. I have a render, but it needs substantial repairs, can anyone give me any feedback about that? Thank you. :-)

This company let me down I live on my…

This company let me down I live on my own in a bedsit & I'm a pensioner on low income I have underfloor heating,a guy came to survey the place & said I would get the grant,they contacted me I told them everything they asked then said I need to change my meter e on come change the meter & disconnected my underfloor heating,I heard nothing until I phoned them,& they said they will look into it because the building is leasehold I can't have storage heaters because I need solar panels which I can't because of the lease so I phoned eon to tell them to put my underfloor heating on they say its not there job you need an electrician so I have no heating thanks to this company,I'm a 69 year old female on my own what do I do now

Wall insulation and plastering

From start to finish wall insulation and plastering was out standing.Chris and the 2 lads with him did amazing job of all the walls with all the struggles of an old wonky house. They were clean tidy work hard eva day nothing was to much trouble for them to do

Heat pump/solar installation

Unfortunately my installation seems to have fallen far short of the positive reviews for LMF. Date was given to start the work which was predicted to take a week. Excellent start with the date being pushed forward and worked commenced earlier than expected. Solar installers , electricians, and plumbers all arrived on different days instead of running in line with each other and the work needed. Communication between them was not good as no one knew what the other had completed. Installation completed by end of week with no connection to heating over the weekend due to a delayed electrician. Unfortunately electrician was so quick to get in and out they haven’t connected the Iboost to the solar panels therefore the hot water is heated by the grid. No hot water due to a mix up with the survey, change in cylinder size and no change to the water tank. Water tank doesn’t hold enough water to fill cylinder therefore causing air blocks and no hot water. Complained and promised new water tank to rectify problem. 8 weeks later and still not rectified yet. have complained to LMF customer services and managers weekly. Shame as LMF seem to have supplied a number of upgrades to customers without problems. Items installed appear to be of good quality but unfortunately we can not tell as they don’t work.

Solar panels

Great experience from start to finish, been quite sceptical about solar panels over the last couple of years, was worried about my roof, the weight of them and I really didn't know enough about them to be perfectly honest. Lmf energy got in touch with me and talked me through it and explained the process to me and then I realised I really should of done this 2 years ago. A guy came in and completed a survey which consisted of measuring my complete property inside and out, I was then talked through the next stage and asked to sign forms and the go ahead. Two lovely lads turned up on the Wednesday morning about a month later to put the scaffolding up,on the Friday morning the electrician arrived bright and early to make a start, half an hour later two young lads arrived to do the panels. By lunchtime the panels were up and half an hour later electrical work was completed. I would just like to add that all of the lads that came to my property were absolutely amazing, they very clearly knew there jobs and were so polite and friendly a big thank you to all of them.

Overall it was a very good experience they came worked hard and were clean tidied up as they went explained what thing's did still a mystery but all works well I am sure I will understand it in time .all in all thank you for the insulation and after care

A perfect job. The workers very professional in their job and do anything for you. It's probably going help me finical with the cost of living. Thanks again to all involved

Installation from start to finish was very quick

Installation from start to finish was very quick. Workmen were polite and hard working. Scaffolding was left up a long time. I tried to contact LMF a few times but it was difficult to get through but I eventually had a call from the customer service department which was useful. Overall a good experience. Thank you
