I wish to thank the two men that installed the nights storage heaters for my mum, they were totally amazing. There was no mess, friendly and polite and a credit to themselves, families and the company. Additional comment added 14/3/24 The energy company themselves are great sadly, I’m disappointed with the scaffolding company as we currently still waiting for removal and it is now over a week. LMF have promised to look into this so I’m hopeful, but feel the scaffolding service is abit of a let down. Can’t park our car in the garage or get the dustbin out. Not LMF’s fault. 18/3/24 - still waiting for the scaffolding removal and was told that they would contact us

In the first month of having my solar panels installed our electric bill has reduced from £165 down to £38 for the month. I was staggered as was expecting a bit of a reduction but this amazed me. All work was carried out within 4 and a half hours and I was kept informed of progress and shown the different aspects of our solar system before work was completed. The workmen were very helpful and friendly and even took the time to look at our heating to see if they could help with a replacement. they even stopped indoor work when my disabled wifes carers arrived to give her some privacy. i am looking forward to any sugestions they may have for our non working heating

Why is it when you allow a company like this to come survey your house , take pictures because the government says they have to to then be waiting for months to hear from nobody . Then you ring up yourself to be told you’re not eligible . Surely you should have the decency to let people know . Outrageous!!
