Damage was caused to breathable membrane on newly built roof where tiles were slid up to install mounting brackets. Installers were fast to complete the work but not careful enough.

I recently had solar panels and an air source heat pump fitted at my home address. The process from start to finish was seamless and LMFs communication was excellent throughout. All tradesmen were reliable, competent and respectful of our home. No issues thereafter although LMFs aftercare is also fantastic. I cannot recommend LMF highly enough.

Scaffolding boards blew off scaffolding, could have injured someone, had to be alerted by neighbour, Equipment not switched, no completion certificate or instructions

My solar panels have been operating for nearly 6 months now. LMF gave an excellent service, were very prompt in answering queries and sending out the necessary certications to allow me to export the the National Grid.

I applied in December 23, after a couple of phone calls I had a survey (2 hours) which involved photographing every room in my house and outside and handed over financial details. Since then I have emailed them 4 times and contacted Wirral Council who got in touch and asked them to contact me. Still nothing from them. I am concerned that this very unprofessional and unreliable company is hold my financial details and I have asked that they delete them. I can not understand how this company has any good reviews at all.

After a fight to get a ASHP the plumbers were here todo job. Polite and did a nice job. Now the problem waiting(still) for the electrician to sort heating and hot water. With 3 children we are Not impressed.still waiting...New march 2023.Still waiting for a radiator to be fitted and rubbish collection. Have had to get some carpets cleaned. Not so impressed.
