I was pleased with the speed the initial survey was carried out and the work started, the plumber who fitted the heat pump and hot water tank was great, the heat pump keeps s going into fault mode, and the engineer is due to visit this week. When it came to fitting the solar panels the team doing that had a bit of difficulty on the roof as we have a wet laid slate roof. Eventually they managed to fit the panels and a couple of weeks later the electrician connected them up. I am concerned with the increase in our electric use as it has gone from £160 a month to just over £497. I still haven’t received the information pack to log in to the my solar app.

Arrived home to find the scaffolders happily doing their job. Following morning the fitters and electrician turned up on time and according to my son were efficient polite and friendly. Arrived home from work and wouldn’t even know they’d been in the house. Shame we’ve had fog and rain since 🤣

LMF came to fit solar panels and a excellent job they did. All the guys who turned up from the scaffolders,fitters of the panels and the electrician was friendly as could be. They were very clean and tidy. The LMF office staff was friendly and very helpful. They talk you through everything that will happen in fitting of the solar panels. Brilliant job guys keep up the good work. I'm well happy. 😊

The organisational skills of this company are suspect They took so long to sort out the logistics of the job I could have had it done in half the time by someone else The scaffold contractors were very good but have let themselves down by leaving the scaffolding still up a week after the job has been done The solar panel installers were fantastic even going as far as repairing a broken roof tile nowhere near where they were working

Absolutely brilliant work from Dave, Tim, Paul and Peter. We could not fault any of their work, they have been so friendly and helpful towards us. They all have checked up on my nan to make sure she’s alright and if she needed anything. They have gone above and beyond to complete this difficult job in our home. This company has been the first to proceed after a home survey, whereas many others have left us in the dark. This is a great company with great people who will not let you down! Dave, Tim, Paul and Peter have not once made us feel awkward in own home, they have great communication and have not failed to make us laugh everyday. My nan had gotten very stressed over the thought of having this big job done, but they all took excellent care of her and reassured her everyday that everything will be done. They also reminded her that she will now have a lovely warm home (she can definitely feel the difference already). A big thank you to this company for sending us 4 amazing workers, and a big credit to your firm. We appreciate everything they have done for us, and wish them all the best in their future endeavour.
