My first time trying this service. Simple and effective web site and scheduling, picked up on time, keeps people updated, delivered on time. I did not open the bags yet but assume everything was OK.

I was so pleased and happy with this service. They picked up my laundry shortly after 7:00 am and returned it by 9:30 am the next day. I was happy with their folding techniques, especially with my blouses. All my socks were folded, except for the ones missing (I knew I had a few mix matched). Super happy and will continue to use this service. Resonably priced too.

I broke my leg and ankle and have been unable to do laundry in the basement. I made arrangements with HappyNest and they were there the next morning. All was washed, dried and perfectly folded on my front porch 24 hours later.

Pricing is fair and reasonable. Service is quick and professional. It's a blessing.

So easy to set up pickups, folded so nice!

Charged for 2 bags only sent 1! Next day delivery...received text and email at 7AM, indicating I was Next STOP they would see me in a few! An hour later they were not here! Received delivery at 2PM!!! NOT Happy!!!

The service is very easy to use and great communication. Just wish there was an option to have blankets hung on hangers and plastic wrapped instead of folded and into the bags

As a mom who works full time my personal laundry falls behind. This is sooo helpful, 24 hour turnaround with pickup and delivery. Well worth the money. It comes nicely folded and took me 5 minutes to put away!
