Lazy laundry service. My toddlers can fold better than this AND match correct socks. Takes me longer to refold and undo all socks and rematch

Great service for busy working families- because of pick up and drop off right from home. The job was also done great, with careful handling the clothes, just as instructed. The fact that we don’t have to sign up for a monthly premium and use only as needed as an added benefit. Thank you. We will definitely use the service in times of need in future.

I loved being able to put the laundry out and receiving up to date notices of the pick up. What was even better was the very next morning drop off real time updates were sent to let me know how close they were to dropping off and once they did.

Well to begin with I really really love Happy Nest! I gave them 2bags of clothing and they came back next day in 1bag. all folded nice smelling nice and didn’t even lose any socks! Sent off my patient blankets to be washed. They all came back wet and damp. This was my first time using your service. I mean... they were all folded. At what point did someone think "Hey... these are still wet! Lets dry them thoroughly before we close them in this bag and start smelling like mildew!!". Common sense was not used in this scenario unfortunately!!
