Picked up and dropped off with photo confirmation. Everything was neatly folded and they followed instructions.

Picked up was a bit confusing because there is no call and I don’t really like leaving my things outside. But overall it was great clothes nice and smelling fresh dropped off promptly and folded nicely, like always. Definitely 5stars but would’ve put more if I could.

Happy Nest continues to do my laundry due to a faulty washer/dryer unit sold to me by Lowe’s and GE. There is over $10,000 damage to my condo and my neighbors due to pure negligence! Thank goodness for Happy Nest! I love the service! My advice: don’t buy your next washer or dryer! And don’t buy it from Lowe’s or buy a GE product! Go instead with Happy Nest!

Did not fold my clothes properly, wrinkled mess had to re fold all tops and t shirts supposed to be a professional service it completely defeats the purpose of having someone else do this for you if you still have to fold everything so upsetting. I have a washer and dryer chose this service specifically because I do not have time to fold as I have a baby work and a child with special needs what a scam.

They never dIsturbed on pick up or delivery For now my uses will be.few I expect it will pick up in march.i will have several morw ladies coming. It will a l ways be on front porch as long as not storming
