Everything was fine except the delivery back to me. My bags were not left at my door where they were picked up from. The directions are clear.

I requested my clothes be washed in tide and it wasn’t. My clothes were brought home not cleaned and my blanket still dirty.

If I could give Happy Nest 0 stars I would! I used their services for the first time on January 20th 2025 because I am 7 months pregnant & bed bound. I had a full bag of clothes for them to wash, dry & fold and upon return of my clothing on January 21st 2025 literally 90% of my items were missing. All my bottoms, all my under clothes, pajama sets, my children’s clothes, tops and multiple clothing sets were missing & never returned. I called Happy Nest customer service immediately after my clothes were dropped off (as stated in their Protection Policy) and they did absolutely nothing but state they “opened an investigation”. Here I am a week later and STILL trying to figure out where my missing items are. When I called customer service they said their first course of action is to give me a “Happy Nest credit” towards my next order, however I WILL NOT be using them EVER AGAIN! I do not recommend this company AT ALL. I have put in a formal complaint with the BBB along with pictures to support my claim. Do not use Happy Nest services. They steal & they do not assist you with lost/stolen items as written in their Protection Policy. I will be taking further action at this point.

Laundry bags were picked up on time. When returned next day, every item of laundry was clean & folded. Very nicely done & appreciated.

This was our first time using any kind of laundry service and I am so happy with HappyNest. It is so easy to schedule a pick up or cancel when I need to. I add notes to my wash and they always follow thru. Receiving my clothes back is so nicely folded and hung. I definitely recommend them!
