Clothes were clean but mixed together. We had two separate bags, and I was hoping that they would stay separate. It required me to go through and separate everything.

Although we were satisfied with the turn around time, most of my blankets were still wet when I opened the bags. Very disappointed, we severely overpaid for smelly wet laundry to be returned to us.

Quick and efficient! Scheduled for a pickup, they came, picked up my laundry and dropped it back cleaned and pressed the next day.

If I could give negative stars I would. I left a review only to read the reply from HappyNest that comes off dismissive and almost, if not, definitely accusing and once again not taking full accountability. The solutions offered were not adequate as the services did in fact damage brand new clothing for my 1 year old and I have pictures to prove. It appears HappyNest doesn’t aim to keep customer’s happy. Way to go! Never again. Social media review is next. Make it a great one!
