Clothes not folded neatly
Clothes not folded neatly. Needed to refold everything. Shirts on hangers were dropped on the ground thereby wrinkling each one

Greatness since the beginning!
Hello, This is my first experience with HappyNest and I do not have any complaints. The service has been wonderful. It is so easy to schedule pickups and get delivery scheduled information, progression of delivery driver and a phone call when they're close. The clothes come back clean and folded nicely. My driver is great and the other drivers I've met were nice also. Thank you HappyNest. John
