I am remodeling my basement and lost the use of my washer & dryer. I was nervous about using this service, but, not only am I super happy with it, I am impressed. Great communication about when your laundry is being picked up and dropped off. The guys doing the pick up/drop off are very considerate, cordial and profesional. Everything is folded very nicely. I am very happy with the whole experience and I may not be going back to my own machines!

Clothes should be given in person to client or in another manner. Not placed on the floor where bugs are when delivered. Besides that, it was great.

I only have good things to say about them, competent and they deliver my clean and fragrant clothes and meet all my expectations

I was charged $82.89 for two bags of laundry. I sent in only 1 bag. I received a $29 credit when, from my calculations it should have been $39. (So sorry, I lost the email trail). Other than the billing, I would have given you 5 stars. UPDATE: Excellent customer service. I received the extra $10 credit the next day after posting. (Sorry, I didn't realize this was a review, thought I was contacting customer service.) Mistakes happen, all is good :) Changed my rating to 5 stars.

Clothes were washed and folded nicely and returned very next day. Great service. Definitely worth it!

This was my first time using HappyNest after many tries with a competitor which I won’t mention, because that would be indiscreet (poplin). HappyNest was just a joy. My laundry came back smelling wonderfully fresh. With folding techniques would make my grandmother proud! Communication was updated every step of the way. Pick up and delivery was a breeze. Thank you!
