in addition to doing an amazing job with 5 giant bags of my laundry over a holiday, the customer service was incredible...super fast responses, driver updates and locations as promised, and above all the people ...so kind and thoughtful. made me very comfortable with sending off all my stuff! delivery and pickup were as described on the app including all my clothes looking and smelling better than ever. my only wish is that on the first order there was a better way to price it out...as i had no official x$/bag bags. the quality of their work was worth every penny tho. they did provide bags for future pickups,so cant think of anything but good to say about them!
