Amazing. Wish I would have found them sooner. I’ve wasted so much time and energy feeling like I’m drowning in laundry.

I just wasted another $110, I will be rewashing and drying my laundry because I do not believe they are being washed and dried with the detergent or dryer sheets I requested. There is no way the clothes I wash smell as fresh as they do for as long as they do and yet laundry returned to me in less than 24 hours smell like nothing and have so much static that I see sparks. I went through this before last year and the problem was fixed for a while. So... obviously there is a problem with the service. I requested a refund and I will find another provider

My laundry was picked up on time (even early). My laundry was folded excellently and placed in the bag very carefully and with the utmost care. Returned to me in perfect condition and on time (even early). 😊

The service was awesome!

I would have given a 5 star but I didnt receive a standard text message that the driver was on her way. I was in bed when she called me from outside. Normally they have deserved 5 stars. I will continue to use them.

Love the convenience! Our machine isn't big enough to fit things like comforters, and with babies around the house, it's so nice having a pickup/drop off service. The app includes progress reports, and it's very user-friendly. Will be using HappyNest again!

Overall the process was simple. I was gifted the service and liked it but I do think it is a little pricey.

Happynest went above and beyond. I am truly appreciative of the service I was given. And opening my bags clothing was like new gifts can’t wait to see them. All my clothing was folded so neatly from my socks to underwear. Man they did a great job and I will recommend you use them too. Service was quick.
