I am extremely happy with the service I received from Britelite Windows. From start to finish they were wonderful. The price for a new PVC front door was the best quote and they certainly didn’t compromise this with the quality and workmanship. Geoff and Liam from Britelite fitted a lovely set of aluminium doors and windows for me today. I was incredibly impressed with both guys professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. With any luck I'll get them back for the next set.

Installers were very good. Very organised, very tidy, very polite. Left each room very tidy no mess. Unfortunately 2 windows arrived cracked which left me concerned as I thought they were toughened glass. I have since found out that the doors are toughened glass and have a kite mark but, none of the windows are not toughened glass or have a kite mark.

Britelite window installation engineers were on time, professional and did a good job to high quality. They answered questions clearly to help me understand what they were doing, they worked around people in the house and left the place tidy as they found it. I would recommend Britelite Windows to family, friends and anyone looking to improve their home

Excellent from first visit to completion, windows are exceptional quality and house is so much warmer. Would highly recommend Britelight. Price was also better than the large mainstream window companies

It first started with Steve, who came in and explained us all the bits and bobs of changing windows. Clear and effective. Than I've been told they would have come in and take two days to do the all job, so that we would not be affected by the British weather too much. Well, on the day, Geoff and Liam managed to change 6 big windows in under 4 hours!! Leaving no mess behind and making sure everything was clear on my side. 6 starts for them!

Excellent Windows! Skeptical at first as quote was over 1k cheaper than competitor but couldn't be happier. Experience from start to finish was excellent. Relaxed, no pressure selling and sensible prices. Installers were polite, friendly and tidy. Windows and surround look lovely, very professionally done, 100% improvement on old ones plus no condensation! Very pleased, will definitely use again!
