I had a great experience with the Britelite team! The meeting to discuss the plan and take measurements went very smoothly, the installation was expertly done, and the result is fantastic! I was overall very impressed and will be using this company again when I decide to make further improvements to my home.

Britelite Windows completed my conservatory some time ago. I quickly realised that it wasn't the best choice because of the poor workmanship as water leaked through the top and damaged my belongings and I had experience of seeing snowing inside the conservatory. The complaint is not about leaking but the box gutter, that holds two bucket full of water whenever it rains and there is no way for the water to leave because box gutter is flat and has no slope to push the water out. Due to the poor design, they let me suffer for such a long time. My neighbours always been complaining as mosquitoes bred in the stored water. This has resulted in a lot of confrontation between us. I made numerous complaints to the company, yet this problem has not been looked at. Will Britelite put an end to my misery and consider looking into the issue and resolving it to make me a happy customer? 12/01/2025 Thanks for showing concern about my problems. The initial consultation and followups for taking measurements were excellent, and the final result is really nice, but I had some issues with the installers and site clearup/general consideration for my property. The installation date was also delayed at very short notice, and as they don't work on the weekends, this meant my conservatory which had recently been decorated was left mostly to the elements over a stormy weekend. The installers had covered one wall with a tarp really well, but left the other wall completely bare. This meant that after the work was finished I had to get a builder back in to re-do the walls, costing me an additional £600. Britelite reluctantly offered to reduce the cost by £100 which I took, but honestly that amount is insulting considering the damage to my property and lack of clearup - They did a poor job of cleaning the floor, and the first time I went into the conservatory I didn't realise this and I was barefoot - I cut my feet up pretty badly on stray aluminium curls presumably from where they had cut pieces. They also broke branches on a sentimental tree, and rather than asking me to clear further in my garden when they needed it, they just threw what was in their way into my sleeper planters, damaging more plants. It also seems like the box gutter doesn't drain properly. It doesn't flood over the edges but it's angled in a way that it pools.
