Sales rep didn't know what products the company manufacture resulting in being notified 2 weeks prior to installation that a triple glazed patio door wasn't possible and would have to be double glazed. 1 day prior to installation was informed there was an admin error so patio glazing wasn't going to be installed, only the frame instead. Had to take an additional day off work the following week for the glazing to be installed but fitter then turned up with no glass! After a few phone calls glazing eventually arrived. Complaint raised regarding dreadful service but only resulted in an apology. Britelite's policy is obviously not to compensate customers for any stress or financial losses caused by their errors. Avoid this company at all costs. Nightmare from start to finish. Would never recommend this company. Worst experience ever.

This installation had more problems than I would ever have expected. Firstly I was told the asbestos soffit would not be a problem as the could be cladded and this was in the first contract. I was then told by the fitter that came that he couldn't replace the facial unless I had the asbestos removed which cost me a lot more money. Also in the contract was a change of £50 for removing the porch which it turned out did not need to be done. After several delays, costing my son unnecessary expense because of days off work the fitter arrived with the wrong size materials.. The work has finally been completed after three very stressful months and the only positive thing I have to say is that all the men that came we're polite and friendly although it was worrying that none of them seemed to have good things to say about Britelite. Suffice it to say I don't think I will be using this company again.

The service was excellent throughout- from initial contact to final sign off. The staff were unfailingly helpful. Following a slight design and communication misunderstanding which was not spotted until the job had been completed and signed off the people at Britelite were very understanding and agreed to swap out some units at no cost to us. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Adam & Paul Worked well, they got on with the job they cleared up behind them, had no problem, kept me updated. Thumbs Up.

Great & stress free experience from initial visit for a quote from Paul, through to final sign-off with Lambi for his installation. Everything at all stages was explained, when and what to expect, eased along by Kev, Joe & Tracy in the back office. No disappointments at any point. Moreover, very pleased with the sash windows and door. They look good, fit very well, & price was better than 6 competitors offering casements only. Lambi and his young assistant worked wonders to install the windows correctly in an old property. If I had to do it again they would be at the top of my shortlist.

From initial contact, though contract negotiation, and finally on to the flat roof contract works, it has been a pleasure to work with Martin (sales), and Adam & Paul on the contract works. Job done: clean, tidy, on-time and conscientious.

Britelite team excellent especially electrician and plasterer. Fantastic all round but disappointed that had to source my own painter to finish the job. Cannot understand why this is not included in the price. It took edge off the whole experience

Adam and Paul are experienced flat roof installers which I would highly recommend. They kept me informed of progress and kept a tidy site, clearing up as they went. I am very happy with my replacement roof which looks amazing!
